She nodded and grabbed his hand with both of her hands. Some people saw them and quickly rushed over to help.

With impressive strength, he pulled her up to those people who were reaching out to them.

A few hands grabbed her and pulled her over to safety while Ryan pulled himself up. He crouched down to her and looked at her with a serious expression.

“Are you okay? Did you get hurt?” he asked her with a hint of concern in his tone.

She was still shaken by what happened, but she shook her head.

“Good. Can you get up?” he asked her.

She looked at him and nodded.

He offered his hand to her. She grabbed his h
