Chapter 162

Aurora’s POV

I don't think I could take it anymore. Then it struck me that I had gotten back my powers.

“Do you think you can cut these ropes Ava?” I whispered to my witch side.

“I'll try, but I am not promising you anything”

And Ava tried but each time she tried the ropes that were tied around my wrist seemed to dig into my flesh causing more pain to my nerves which in turn made them even harder to control. I winced and squeezed my eyes shut as my head began to spin from the lack of oxygen. A moment later when it was apparent that nothing would happen for some more minutes I forced myself to relax and let go of all thoughts. I breathed deeply telling Ava that there was no need to try.

“You see, I knew you were going to do that. Both those ropes are something no witch, vampire, or werewolf can untie and I choose it, especially for this occasion” The voice ran out again.
