“Cel, are you okay?” I came back from a reverie when I felt someone tap my shoulder, I nodded before sitting back at my table, I still feel the pain in my chest, but not like the other night.

It’s been two days after that night, but there is still some residual pain in my chest every time I’m breathing; I know it was not a dream, my book was in my bed, my unfinished glass of milk was still there, where I put it, even my clothes were the same after I woke up.

Fearing that it might be something serious, I went to see a doctor, but they saw nothing, and that made it so frustrating, people kept on saying that I should just rest, but I can’t, I mean, I rest up, I did what they advise me to do, but it’s not working, the pain won’t go away.

I tried to focus on my work; Sy had to go back abroad for some important matters, and we even had dinner before her flight, my supervisor was offering me to take a week of a break since they feel that I’m not alright and politely took it down.
