Blood…
I smelt a very unique scent of blood that made me and my wolf go crazy. It was early in the morning and I was out for a run deep in the forest securing the territory of my pack when I caught it.
It filled my nostrils and overpowered my senses. I felt an unexplainable urge to run faster to reach the source of this blood.
It felt like my life depended on it.
The scent of the blood was rooted at the borders of the storm pack territory. I halted and finally found the reason for the blood. There was a body on the ground drowning in a blood.
A woman’s body.
Shit who the fuck is she?
The scent was absolutely intoxicating. I needed to get closer and check that girl but if I stepped in, just one step, I would be trespassing on this pack territory and it could cause a vicious war between the two packs.
I kept jumping up and down completely crazed and anxious
Fuck it.
I shifted back, took a deep breath before conjuring some clothes on me and I stepped in. I ran towards her by the time I reached her I was out of breath.
Sigma… sigma… my Sigma
I heard my wolf scream inside my head and howling the moment I saw her beaten up face covered in blood. I froze and felt a chain wrapping my heart and locking my soul to her. I was only breathing for her.
She was half naked and looked like she has been whipped. Every cut on her body was oozing blood.
What the hell happened to her? Who did that?
Scared that I might get caught, I took off my shirt and put it on her. The second I touched her I felt a zap run through my body. She was like a magnet that pulled me towards her unwillingly.
Mark her now… she is mine.
I gritted my teeth at what kind of ideas my wolf was thinking of. I couldn’t mark her without her consent.
I quickly picked her up and ran pack towards my territory then I teleported instantly to the nearest hospital.
“Help”
“Somebody help me … please”
Two nurses rushed towards me with a stretcher. I laid her down on it, and then they started to run checks on her.
“What happened to her?”
“I don’t know. I found her like that”
They took off my shirt and both girls gasped loudly when they saw the signs of torture on her body.
“Is she going to be okay?” I started to panic now.
“It looks like she has been brutally raped” one of the girls replied back to me and I was stunned.
“Get Dr. Kim here” she talked with the other nurse and then they took her to the operating room.
I watched them close the doors and sat down on the benches waiting for her to come out.
Raped…
She was raped… someone raped our sigma wolf.
I just wanted to shift and tear everything down. I was enraged.
I will snap his neck under my claws, if I find that man.
“Here you go”
I looked up and saw one of the male nurses in front of me with a shirt in his hand. I took it and put it on then he handed me some forms and asked me to fill it but of course I knew nothing about her.
RING … RING
I picked my phone, it was Sam. my beta.
“Where the hell are you? You were supposed to be at the company about an hour ago. We have an important meeting and a business deal to be discussed” Sam screamed at me.
“I found her”
“What?”
“I said I found her”
“Who?”
“My Sigma”
“What the hell are you talking about Klaus?”
“Cancel everything now”
I hung up the call when I saw the Dr. coming out. I strode towards her and she took off her mask.
“How is she doing?”
“Are you her husband?”
“Yes … No. I mean I am the one who found her”
“She is still in danger. She lost a lot of blood. She was raped by more than one man and that led to her miscarriage”
“She was Pregnant?” I gasped loudly.
“Yes. She also suffered from severe beating on most of her body by some kind of whip or a belt. She has marks all over her”
I looked at the Dr. shocked and confused.
“Can I see her now?”
“She is transferred to a private room now on the third floor”
I left the Dr. and ran up the stairs to where she was. I entered the room and here she was.
A dagger was twisted into my heart when I saw the state she was in.
Fragile and weak …
I walked towards the bed and she had tubes connected to her body and monitors beeping, checking her breathing and heartbeats.
I stood next to her and fought the urge to really mark her right here, right now…
⭐️Klaus POV⭐️The witch’s laugh echoed off the temple walls like thunder wrapped in madness, and from within the cobra’s fiery chest, her voice seeped through the flames.“You should’ve stayed in your castle, Black.”The flames twisted, peeled back—just enough for her face to appear inside the cobra’s skull, ghostlike, flickering. The witch. Her eyes glowed white-hot, her grin manic, jagged like cracked glass. My heart slammed against my ribs.It wasn’t just fire. It was her. She was the cobra. She had bound herself to the flames—made herself a creature of it. This wasn’t just a spell. It was dark and ancient magic used only by blood… Aria’s blood. I took a step forward, my boots crunching over ash, ignoring the raw ache in my ribs, the bruises blooming across my body like flowers of pain.“Let her go!” I roared. The cobra lunged—fast as a lightning strike.I dove aside, its flames licking the edge of my shirt, scorching the floor where I’d stood a heartbeat before. The heat chased m
⭐ Klaus POV ⭐I started to accept the truth of giving up as my eyes blurred and air was no longer in my lungs. I started to slip into the darkness when through the smoke and shadows—Elijah roared. He slammed his fist into his shadow’s chest, sending it crashing sideways into Sam’s attacking shadow. The moment it stumbled, Sam collapsed to the floor, gasping for air.And just like that—a spark.A crack in the pattern. One could hurt another. An idea ignited in me like wildfire.“Everyone—switch!” I roared into their minds, voice burning with urgency. “Sam—fight Tory’s shadow. Elijah—take on Sam’s. Don’t fight yourselves. Fight each other’s. DO IT. NOW!”The shadows paused—only for a moment—but it was enough. Confusion flickered in their eyes. Once Tory was free, she didn’t pause. She jumped to free Zed from his shadow. And Zed stopped Elijah’s shadow from attaching him again. I didn’t stop either. “SHERRY!” I shouted aloud. Her head snapped toward me like she’d just broken free from
⭐ Klaus POV ⭐We all turned toward each other as the witch faded like mist into the air, her presence vanishing without a trace—only her curse remained.for a few seconds nothing happened but our shadows started to move next. Not like tricks of the firelight. No—these shadows moved with intention, with hunger. They slithered from the temple’s corners like vipers, pulling themselves across the cracked stone floor. They stretched unnaturally long, reaching with tendrils that clawed at the light like it offended them.It started like a spill—thick, black ink bleeding across the floor, pooling beneath our feet. The darkness moved against the flames, defying the natural order. And then it rose.Like smoke uncoiling from a cursed altar, the shadows peeled upward and took shape. And mine… was staring right back at me.Taller. Sharper. Twisted into something cruel. Its eyes weren’t mine—they glowed a deep, unnatural red, pulsing with the rage I’d buried, the fear I’d silenced, and the violenc
⭐ Klaus POV ⭐I pushed the door open and stepped inside.CREAAAAKKKThe air in the temple was thick, colder than I remembered. Shadows clung to the cracked stone walls like old memories, and silence draped itself over the space with unsettling familiarity. It was just as it had been the last time Aria and I came here—searching for answers we wanted to find. But this time, the air was different. Heavier. Tainted. The kind of silence that screamed just before hell broke loose.“Be careful,” I warned the others, my voice low but commanding. “This witch likes to play mind games. She makes you see things—feel things. She’ll drag your worst fear to the surface and force you to drown in it.”No one replied. They knew better than to underestimate this place. We moved together, quiet and sharp, like a single entity. Each of us alert, each of us ready for a fight. Our footsteps echoed through the long corridor as we approached the main hall. The ancient stone beneath our feet pulsed faintly wit
⭐ Aria POV ⭐I had fallen asleep. Somehow, despite the ache, and the waiting—I had drifted off, curled on the old mattress like a child clinging to a fading dream. And when I opened my eyes again…It wasn’t darkness that greeted me.It was the sunlight.Golden rays spilled across my face, warming my skin like a soft whisper. Dust motes floated lazily in the warm air, dancing with the gentle breeze that rustled the wildflowers around me. The scent of earth and fresh grass filled my lungs—a sharp contrast to the stale, damp air of the chamber I had been trapped in.I blinked, slowly rising to my feet. The stone walls were gone. The damp cold of the chamber—gone.I was in the meadow. The meadow. The place that had witnessed the beginning of everything. The night Klaus and I gave in to everything we’d been holding back. The night we truly became one.The wildflowers swayed in the breeze, the grass brushing softly against my bare ankles, and ahead—The waterfall. Its roar was gentle now, l
⭐Aria POV⭐The tip of the dagger fell fast—too fast.I saw it descending like death made solid, cutting through the air with a whistle of finality. It was aimed straight for my heart… or worse, for the life growing inside me.Instinct took over.My hand flew to my stomach, shielding the only pure thing left in this nightmare. My other arm raised to fight—to claw, to grab, to survive. But before I could touch her—before I could stop her—The dagger froze.Suspended. Inches from my chest. My breath caught. I looked at her wondering why she stopped. The witch’s brows furrowed, her hand trembling around the weapon that should have already cut me open. Her eyes darted sideways, confused. Alarmed. She wasn’t alone.Kaden, too.He was standing behind her, and for the first time since I woke up in this hell…They looked scared. Truly, deeply scared. His eyes darted around the chamber, suddenly alert—as if the air itself had shifted. The witch stiffened, her breath hitching. They both felt it.
