A few minutes passed and Nexus’ mouth remained open while his widened eyes went to Maximino, who was still staring at him and its hand was still on his lips.
He didn’t know if what he heard was right or if his hearing was just playing tricks on him.

Nexus was about to speak when Maximino finally lifted his hand off Nexus’s lips, took a step back, giving the two of them some distance, then spoke again.

But for now, what I want to discuss with you is how to get you out of this place. I already talked to the owner and I am willing to pay thousands or even millions just to get you out of this place--- “
