19 He had hurt me

I held his hair in my fists, ignoring the fact that it might hurt him. He had hurt me enough not to question the pain I was giving to him.

His tongue drew circles between my collarbone and shoulder, in a manner to play with my marking spot which made me wonder what was resisting him to mark me.

The excuse he gave me for his irrational acts and thoughts was a bit correct but I didn't want him to take me for granted or as a possession.

Being an Alpha had its own fine share of bad traits, and being possessive was one of them. Though I didn’t buy his excuse, I knew that he wasn’t wrong either.

All the Alphas in our world were like that, addicted to their powers and obedience but that needed to be changed. After all, the other wolves weren’t just a piece of land or a title to have possession of. The other werewolves had feelings and pride, too.
