Zoe
Strangely I had slept peacefully; no strange dreams or nightmares. I had even forgotten about the fact that I hadn’t eaten dinner and slept in.
It was only till mid morning that I finally woke up. Squinting my eyes open, I lay on the bed for the sleepiness to fade away then got up, yawning and stretching.
I picked up my phone from the bed to check for messages but was startled by the time on it. How come no one woke me up? I was used to being woken up back at home so I didn’t see the need to set an alarm.
Sniffing my armpits, I wrinkled my nose. I needed a bath, ‘and a shave,' Chloe chimed.
‘Girl I just shaved 2 days ago,' I countered. ‘Yeah but even humans shave frequently, you’re a werewolf so you’re bound to be more hairy,' she remarked and I groaned, I hated doing that, it felt as gross as being on your period. That shit sucks.
