"Why should I believe you?" Rebecca asked after a few seconds, pretending not to be fazed by her words.

Raven stared at her for a full minute before laughing out. "Rebecca, do you want to know why we really killed Cassidy?"

Rebecca's ears twitched and she looked up at Raven with unblinking eyes, "Because you and your siblings and cold murderers who'd even murder your own sister and not feel remorseful."

"That's what a lot of people say but believe me when I said you'd do the same if you were us. There was no other choice." Raven scoffed.

"Why are you telling me this? So that I can erase the memory I have of you and replace it with that of a saint?" Rebecca asked with a sigh but Raven refused to answer.
