Chapter 31

Luca was playing when suddenly he shouted.

"Uncle, that's my mother."

Luca pointed towards the hospital grounds. Vincent ran to the window. He looked down and saw Azura go with Galvin. The wife he had been looking for three years. She is still the girl he loves the most. Vincent looked at her intently.

"Isn't my mother beautiful?"

In every child's heart, "the mother" is always the most beautiful woman.

“Yes, your mother is beautiful.”

Vincent wanted to run down to where Azura was standing. He wants to hug her. He wanted to feel the warmth of her body. He was afraid that all he was seeing was just a dream.

Luca took Vincent's hand. This action of the boy calmed him down.

"I'm taking you to see my mother."

“Not now. Your mother is sick. We must not disturb her. When she isn't sick, I will invite her and you to eat. How do you feel?"
