It had been three days and Gabby still lay there unconscious.

I know what you're thinking.

She didn't slip into a coma, just unconscious.

The doctors managed to arrest all internal bleeding but for some reason, this chic wasn't waking up or was she?

"Doctor, when is she gonna wake up?" Leone's voice at the door to her ward spoke.

"I don't know. At this point, it all depends on the patient. All seems fine with her medically so I really can't give a reason as to why she's not waking up but I believe it won't be long now." The doctor tried to explain.

"Okay, I'll go in now to see her. You wait outside and if there's any emergency, I might call out to you so keep your ears peeled." Leone ordered as he pushed the door open to walk in, only stopping when the doctor said,

"Please be careful not to shock the patient. We don't want yet another issue coming up."

He walked into the ward and his heart skipped a beat when he saw Gabby lying on the bed looking lifeless.
