At the sound of Mr. Leone's voice, Josey flinched and got off a helpless and bleeding Fred.

She stood still in front of him with a hung head.

He took slow and dangerous strides towards her and yanked her arm painfully,

"Josephine, I don't like repeating myself." He said increasing his grip on her arm with each word.

"He was using rotten words with me Sir."

"Does that warrant you fighting in my office." Leone said as he finally left her arm leaving his handprints there .

At this point, Fred was slowly sitting up and gradually understanding what was happening around him.

"Sir she's a bully. That's how she behaves whenever you're not around. Please just give her the boot. "

" Shut up Fred! You don't get to tell me what to do in my company. You should be ashamed of yourself for letting a woman beat you up until you look like you wore rags to work." Leone said and noticed Josey giggle from the corner of his eye.
