Chapter 26.1

"The fetus is healthy, so it's okay to travel via airplane. Just don't forget to take your vitamins, drink milk, and eat healthy foods," said the doctor.

I nodded at her. "Okay, ma'am."

She wrote something on a piece of paper stating that I was cleared to travel. No one at the office knows that I'm pregnant, and I don’t plan to tell them just yet. I went to the doctor to make sure the baby is safe and to confirm that it’s okay for a pregnant woman to travel.

The most important person who should know about this is Wyatt. More than anyone, he has the right to be one of the first to hear this news. I also don’t want him to find out from someone else, but I’m just not ready to tell him right now. Maybe after I return from this event, I’ll tell him. I want to have time to think and relax first.
