Damien, who was completely mute as he drove back to the mansion with a long face, took a glance at Aella with lots of questions on his mind.

Damien couldn't shake the feeling off; he broke the silence with a question.

“When were you going to talk about it?” Damien asked curiously as he narrowed his eyes.

“What? What was I going to talk to you about again?” She questioned him back.

“Your dad was still around; that too was in the same city, but you never talked about him. Or were you also planning to ruin and tarnish my reputation by hiding it from me, huh? Aella I don't seem to understand you; what do you want exactly?” He asked, clearly bothered and worried, but didn't want to make her aware of it.

Meanwhile, all along she was on earbuds, and she couldn't hear a thing he was saying. She closed her eyes to get into the music zone, leaving him dancing to his tunes.

“Aella! Aella!" he called out to her, but Aella refused to respond. She was hearing him a little.
