Chapter 15 - Curiosity

"That was the slightest thing I've ever seen, Miss Hawk. That was awesome!"

They were returning to Alex's room, and Cassian Blake couldn't stop praising Nora Hawk's agility with Dudley Baker twenty minutes ago.

"How can you be so calm when dealing with a loathsome man like him? Even I almost lost my patience listening to all his harsh words."

"Calmness is part of professionalism, Mr. Blake." Nora Hawk answered dignified. "So I would appreciate it if you could be calmer. Do not forget that at this time, we are on duty to help Mr. Winter."

Alex snorted with laughter. He felt good, mainly since his business with Dudley Baker had settled down without a hitch.
