MONDAY EVENING.
Adam was on a business call in his office when a knock came through on his glass walled door. Looking in the direction of the exit, he saw that it was Hugh, the personal investigator. He gestured for him to come in. Hugh obeyed. He got in and took a seat opposite Adam’s desk.
Adam Sleeves was on the call for a few more minutes after which he attended to Hugh. “I’ve been dying to hear from you, Hugh. I hope it’s all good news.” Adam said with a tired voice as he crashed on the chair behind his desk.
“I don’t know if it’s good news or bad news but you will have to go through this first.&

Upon getting to his room, Adam Sleeves slammed the door behind him. He took out his phone from his pocket, switched it on, placed it on the bed, after which he proceeded to the bathroom for a cold shower which made him feel awfully better.Coming back to his room all dressed up for bed, Adam met his phone ringing. THE NEXT MORNINGBy 5:30 am, Adam Sleeves was up. He brought out a travel bag from his closet and filled it with clothes and all other essentials he would need for his trip. After what felt like forever, they got to the hospital. Adam got down from the back passenger seat, then proceeded into the building. A couple of staff there recognized him so they greeted him. THREE DAYS LATERAdam Sleeves did his possible best to ensure that he got to Chicago earlier than they all expected but that was impossible because there were a lot of things that needed his attention in Germany.But he was very glad when the three days trip came to an end. For the first time in like forever, Adam found himself very eager to return home.Whenever Adam Sleeves traveled out of the country on business trips, he was known to spend extra days or even weeks, to enjoy himself.
