Chapter 17. Confusion

Christian opened the curtains of the glass door after half an hour when his anger for Samson finally calmed down after taking deep long breaths.

"Where did he disappear now?",He asked, murmuring to himself.

When his eyes landed on his cabin he found it empty and Samson was nowhere to be seen.

"Who cares now! After all, he is the boss. He can go wherever he wants and whenever he wants.

He doesn't need my permission for it nor does he have to inform me about his whereabouts." Christian mumbled to himself.

He started finishing his pending works before time so that he could go early today and fulfill his promise.

He told Bella in the afternoon that they will go out together in the evening.

Even if he was not ready to accept it, somewhere in his heart he was feeling hurt because of Samson's behavior.

He was expecting that Samson would come to him apologizing for his behavior before but to his surprise nothing like this happened.
