As there were several men in business attire standing in front of me, including Archer Washington himself, I slowly and softly closed my eyes. I have no idea why he feels the need to interrupt this meeting, but the point he was trying to make is clear to me now that I am here.

"Mr. Washington, are you certain that you want to work on this project rather than Ajax?" The customer, as Mr. Wills has pointed out.

Archer displayed an air of superiority by bobbing his head arrogantly before looking at me with eyes that were icy cold.

"Yes, Mr. Wills, I do. I have experience with projects similar to this one. Since I've been in this position before, you can trust that my company will provide you with a solid and dependable infrastructure." He said that, which caused my eyebrows to furrow, and I felt a trace of offense. He seemed like he's competing with me even though I show no emotions at all.
