She wasn't at home, she had gone somewhere for some personal business. She didn't even tell Richie about her outings. He was mostly in bed and she was ready to pity or care for him. Most days she left without asking how he was. Some days she was even pissed that he hadn't died yet. She hated how she saw his face each day.

She would roll her eyes and scoff each time that she walked past him. Today wasn't any different for her. Before anyone woke up, Kate was up; she took her bath and wore a soft plain blue dress, it was a body con, a long one too. She loved how the color had her emotions. She could relate to how blue she was.

It was already seven am, the sun was up and the sky was clear. It was early and the sky seemed good. She nodded as she adjusted her glasses. She had where she was going and she was sure the day was blessed.
