CHAPTER 5: FINALLY, I FOUND YOU

The day of the week arrives, and the twins are happy about the celebration that will take place in an expensive restaurant. They even managed to surprise him this morning. As she grew older, she couldn't help but be afraid that one day she would wake up without the twins or that she would be the one to lose.

But she won't let that happen.

"Is Tito Alejandro there yet?" asked Yassh.

They were riding in the same van, so Marco and Yvonne were also there. She also became friends with Marco, and that was not affected when he and Yassh broke up.

"Yes, he is already there, but he will only be there for a while because he has to go somewhere else. After we're here at the restaurant, I also have to go back to the office; I'm still finishing up some work. Manang Gina will take care of the twins," replied Melody.

When they arrived at the restaurant, they immediately went to the reserved VIP room, and the children were very happy because their favorite cartoon characters dressed as mascots were also there. To be honest, this is also one of the happiest gifts for Melody. Seeing her children happy is the same for Yassh's daughter.

After they ate, her dad said goodbye—the twins didn't really notice his departure because they were busy playing. She could clearly see how Marco looked at Yassh. She really felt sorry for these two. If Marco's family didn't have problems, these two would probably have been together until adulthood.

When will she be able to find someone who can possibly be with him until old age?

She quickly dismissed that question from her mind. She wanted to kick herself for thinking that. It turns out that she has no intention of getting married because of her past. Her focus now is only on her children.

They did not realize the time until it was night. Only then did she remember the work left behind. Yassh was the first to go out, while she and her twin sons were rushing out of the restaurant's VIP room.

She was surprised when Liven suddenly ran and bumped into a waitress, and she spilled the juice she was carrying.

"Oh, no! My dress!” screamed a woman in an artistic voice.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry to you guys; he didn't mean what happened."

She thought that voice was only familiar to her. But when she looked up, she found herself in her position. Her whole body was cold.

"What's wrong?" She asked angrily, and she immediately looked up at her. "Oh, look who is in front of me now. That's why it smells like garbage. Ugh!” and she looked at her from head to toe, then turned to the twins.

In front of her was none other than Tanny. She immediately straightened herself up and signaled Yaya Gina to take the children out.

"Excuse me, Grandma. Are you talking about our mom?” Lexus said it suddenly and adjusted his glasses.

"What are you doing, Brother Lexus? She's just Auntie! I'm sorry, Auntie; I didn't mean to spill juice on you." Liven said.

“G—Grandma? A—Auntie? Oh my—oh my gosh!” Tanny said it in disbelief. "You're still young, but your mouth is already rude!"

She wanted to laugh because of what her two children said. But she noticed that they had captured the attention of everyone present.

"Yaya Gina, take them out now," he whispered.

"Okay. Let's go, kids."

"Babe, what happened?"

She suddenly turned her gaze to the man who had just arrived. She didn't know how she should feel. After five years, she saw the man she first loved again. He improves a lot, but it doesn't change how bad his behavior is.

“Woah, Melody?” Melvon suddenly said that and looked at the twins.

"Lexus and Liven, go with Yaya Gina. I will take care of this.”

“But Mom—”

"No, but it's Lexus. I said, Go; I will handle this.”

"So they are your children? Whose children are you?" Tanny said it with a smile. "Why are you letting them go? Don't you want to tell them what you did before? And who is their dad? You do an auction, right?" Her voice was both smiling and mocking.

"An auction, huh?" Melvon added it as if he couldn't believe it.

"Is that what you get after you sell yourself at an auction?" looked at the twins again at the same time. "Great, Melody, did you really go down to that level? Tanny asked.

She clenched her fist. She shouldn't have been able to do that if she hadn't united with him before. But at this time, she is more concerned about what her children will hear.

"Mom, we will wait for you outside." Lexus seemed to understand what she said while staring into her eyes as if there were tears on the horizon.

He pulled the hand of his brother Liven with Yaya Gina.

"So, how did you afford it? Don't tell me; your sugar daddy is still with you, and he's the one who gives you money along with your scumbag father." She said this while laughing.

She smirked. "I don't need help from anyone else now. My father and I are stronger than before. That's why your sales have decreased because the client has been ours again since then." She replied.

An annoyed expression appeared on Tanny's face, and she clenched her fist.

"But we are not threatened. You have fallen once, and we can afford to make you fall again." Melvon replied.

"In your dreams, Mr. Juarez, If you're scaring me, then you're just wasting saliva because I'm not scared. Now, if you're done, I'm leaving!”

"Wait a minute, you have to pay for my dress! Your son ruined it! And the broken glass! I just don't know if you can pay!"

“I will—”

"Ma'am, someone already paid and even gave a large amount for your dress that was covered in juice," said the head manager.

I frowned.

"Oh, is that your sugar daddy who paid for the mess?" Tanny laughed and said,

She heard laughter from the crowd. She couldn't stop herself. She thanked the waitress and manager, then quickly left the place. She couldn't handle the shame she felt anymore, as if she would give up anytime.

"But who paid? Yassh is no longer here."

While the conversation between Melody and Tanny was happening, Apollo's meeting had just ended. He was going down the stairs when he noticed a woman's rather loud voice talking about an auction.

It caught his attention.

From a distance, he could clearly see a woman who looked almost identical to the woman he had spent the night with. What happened five years ago came back to him.

"Mr. Luxerio, the girl escaped. She went through the window with the blanket. We think she just left, and the staff is already looking for her." informing him of Butler Geor.

He immediately stopped the meeting that day and went to the hotel. His men spread around, but they could not see the woman. He only knows her name.

He continued to search for this woman. He even hires a detective to find her faster, but the photo they show is different from Sophia.

And now the woman he has been looking for for a long time is now in front of him! He was never going to let her get away with it. He immediately called Epifanio.

"Hello, Bro?"

"Epi, come here to the Luxerio Hotel right now. I have found the girl I have been looking for for a long time. I need you to follow her.”

"Are you serious? Wait— shit! I'm on my way." and hung up the call.

Epifanio is one of his friends, and he has a reward reserved for him even though he is rich. Well, all his friends are dickheads!

"Finally, I found you, Sophia," he whispered in between smiles—a smile that couldn't explain what it meant.
