But the next morning, Hailey woke up to find Kendrick with her on the bed. His hand was wrapped around her bump as usual, as he held her in a spoonful position.

'Urgh!' She let out a groan and pushed his hand away.

"Did you sleep well?"

His deep husky voice jolted her and Hailey turned to her side to see his eyes opened.

Of course, she slept like a log. Otherwise, how could she not have been aware that he had sneaked in on her? She gave him a hard glare and he chuckled.

Kendrick pushed himself up, using one arm to support himself. Then Hailey realized he was shirtless, and her eyes widened.

"Kendrick, you. Haven't we spoken about this?" She pointed at his exposed chest.

"About not wearing clothes?" He raised a brow and Hailey nodded, deepening her glare. "Ah, but I didn't get to sleep early last night. I guess I was so tired to grab one."
