“We are going to Vegas.” Aria sang repeatedly as they made their way into Alessa’s private jet.

They all got into the plane and took their seats.

Tracy carried Aria in her arms while Aiden decided to sit alone.

In minutes, they all got prepared and the plane took off.

Tracy kept bonding with the kids while Alessa decided to do a little work she could get done.

After a couple of hours, the twins fell asleep and were laid comfortably.

Tracy sat opposite Alessa and stared at her as she worked on her laptop.

As she stared at her, different questions popped up in her head and she needed to ask Alessa.

After hesitating a little, she finally spoke up.

“When are you going to tell them?” she asked and Alessa looked up at her. She raised her brow confused.

“Huh?” she asked.

“Your kids. When are you going to tell them about their father?” she asked. Alessa shrugged in response.

  • The Billionaire’s Regret   Genders

SIX YEARS AGOAlessa moaned in her sleep. She waited to feel pain in her back but she didn't. The slight pain she felt was in her chest and her hand.“Hey, Alessa. Are you awake?” she heard a familiar voice ask and she slowly opened her eyes to see Aliyah.“Aliyah,” she called softly.“Yes?” she replied with a wide smile and moved closer to her.“You did it, you passed,” she added.“Wh… what? I passed?” Alessa stuttered.“Yes, you did.” Alessa closed her eyes again and tried to recall. After a few seconds, she recalled everything that happened in the arena.“I killed someone,” she muttered and looked at Aliyah.“Yes.” Aliyah nodded. Alessa sighed and looked around the room. She was in a room like the one she was in when she was brought here. “How long have I been here?” she asked Aliyah as she turned to her again. “Two days,” she replied.“Two days?”“Yeah, Madam Olga told the nurse to take care of you and let you rest well since you passed your trial,” she replied and Alessa sigh

Alessa smiled widely as she dished her kids' breakfast. She dished their meals and took a seat. They all started eating and Alessa kept looking up at her kids and smiling at them which they found weird. “Do you need anything else? You can have ice cream for breakfast.” Alessa said. The twins looked at each other, wondering what was wrong with their mother.“Isn't age supposed to be mad at us?” Aria whispered to her brother.“She is. I am as surprised as you are,” he whispered back.“Do you want new toys, I can… ““What do you want?” Aiden cut her off and she chuckled.“Nothing, nothing. I am just being nice,” she replied with a smile and paid attention to her meal. Her kids kept staring at her, knowing she would look up at them in any minute. She did and she chuckled again.“Just tell us what you need,” Aria said.“I never thought a billionaire would need something from kids. Hmm.” Aiden muttered and rolled his eyes.“Okay. We… we are going to Vegas,” she said and clapped her hand

  • The Billionaire’s Regret   Why?

Alessa waited impatiently for a call. She was sitting at the edge of her bed, fully dressed. She tapped her feet repeatedly on the floor as she waited. It was past midnight. Aria was discharged after the doctor confirmed that she was fine. Her voice suddenly rang, she looked at the screen and realised it was Thane. She answered the call immediately.“We found him, boss,” Thane said. Alessa felt relieved immediately.“Are you sure?”“Yes, boss.”“I am on my way.” Alessa ended the call and stood up. She walked to her table and she was about to open the drawer to pull out a gun when she heard her door opening. She hurriedly closed it and turned to the door to see Aiden. “Why are you dressed like Batman?” Aiden asked as he held the handle.“What do you want?” Alessa asked, sighing.“I was hungry,” he replied, raising the bag of chips he held.“Okay,” Alessa replied and nodded. She hoped he wouldn't ask too many questions. “Good night.” he yawned and closed the door as he walked out.

“Why did you yell at him? He is always trying to help you.” Aria said and Alessa shook her head.“Oh, Aria. He is not, he is not always trying to help me.” Alessa replied as she raised her hand to her daughter’s hair.“You hate him so much, I wonder what happened,” Aiden said.“A contract… ““Went bad.” they both completed her statement for her and she sighed. “You wouldn't understand.” she shrugged. “Thane,” Alessa called loud enough for him to hear. He was outside the ward. He walked into the room and bowed to them.“Hey, you didn't get fired.” Aiden chuckled.Thane looked up at Aria and smiled a little at her.“Miss Aria, how are you doing?” he asked. Aria smiled back at him.“I am fine, big scary man,” she replied and Thane nodded at her.“He found you, he was so cool,” Aiden told her.“Oh, thank you,” Aria replied.“It's my job, ma’am.” “Okay, Aria. I need you to tell Thane everything that happened. How did you disappear?” Alessa asked. She bit her lip and nodded before spea

  • The Billionaire’s Regret   Rage

SIX YEARS AGO Alessa and other students in red uniforms marched down the hallway heading to the gate of the arena. It was time for their task. The rest of the students were in the arena already, waiting to watch them. Aliyah held Alessa’s hand firmly, she kept using her thumb to crease her hand. Trying to calm and assure her that everything would be fine. As they got to the gate, they met the students dressed in black uniforms. The final students. They had knives of the same size in their hands and they started to hand them out to them. Alessa was given her own and she stared at it with her heart pounding. “It's okay, no matter what your task is, I will help you with it. Okay?” Aliyah assured her and she managed to nod. She wondered what the knife was for. Her heart raced faster as the gates opened. Aliyah let go of her hand but nodded at her. They all marched into the arena and the students cheered as they saw them. Alessa looked around the arena, and there were over a thou
