Chapter 23: The Millers
I stood at the door holding my purse and Lush beauty gift with one hand as I raise my other hand to ring the doorbell. The door suddenly opened and I was greeted by my brother who looked at me like he was dreaming.
“Mom, dad!. Big sis is here ”He screamed as he came over to hug me tightly. I hug him back, my baby brother is now a big boy. We let go of each other as I walk into the house to greet my parents.
“Dad,” I said as I ran to hug him, he was coming down the stairs with mom beside him.
“Wow! my little girl is here ”He smiles as he hugs me back I turn to mom as we group hug. How I’ve missed them so much.
We are currently sitting in the sitting room while my dad keeps glancing at me like he wants to say something.
“Who was the guy that brought you here ”he finally asked after some time focusing all his attention on me. Shane was asked to go to his room while we the adult discuss.
