Red Satin

The city of love certainly had its charm and my heart constricted in my chest when I was reminded of the fact that there had been no one to share it with me from the moment that I had stepped into it.

As the cab drove through busy streets, past people dancing on the sidewalks, past buildings that reached higher and higher into the sky. I leaned against the window, looking out at the passing scenery allowing it to calm me.

It pulled to a halt outside of a very old-looking building, almost hidden amongst the other buildings. If we hadn’t stopped here and we had been driving past, I probably would have missed it.

"Descendras-tu ici?" He said in a thick french accent. I didn't understand a word of it but I nodded my head in acknowledgement, reaching into my purse to pull out some money to pay him before stepping out.

I felt my phone buzzing in my purse. I knew who it was, it could only be him. He was after all the only one that texted or called me because he was my only contact.

He was probably leaving me a message, telling me that he wouldn’t be able to come back until late. I dipped my hand into my purse and placed it on DND before reading the post on the plaque just outside the building.

RED SATIN. The sign outside read.

I walked further into the building, hoping to find the bar as soon as possible. I needed some alcohol to get the night started. As I walked past a set of huge double doors, the sound of drums filled my ears. I could feel the bass pounding in the air. A brunette woman was sitting behind a desk just by the door.

“Hello, ma’am. Welcome to the Red Satin. First time here?” The woman had a friendly smile plastered on her face, making me instantly relax too.

“Yes please,” I replied.

“Are you visiting? Or do you intend to be a member?” The woman asked once more.

I furrowed my brows in confusion. Member of what? The club?"

“No, no, I’m just visiting.” I shook my head immediately. The brunette nodded her head once before pulling out a white bracelet and holding it out to me.

“Please keep this on at all times inside the club. Head to the showroom if you’re interested in having a drink before the show begins.” The brunette concluded.

What show?

The moment that I strapped the bracelet onto my wrist and walked farther into the club the scent of alcohol and something else hit my senses, something I couldn’t exactly pinpoint but it made my body tingle with excitement.

This was something good.

SHOWROOM.

Another sign read.

I entered the room and shock took over my features. It was more than sophisticated despite the appearance from the outside.

There was a large stage in the middle of the room and it was surrounded by seating areas and small tables surrounded the whole club. The ceiling was painted black with glowing stars decorating it casting the entire room in a soft green light.

There was also a bar at the far end of the room, which held two tall red-headed women, both of whom were serving drinks to patrons.

I settled onto one of the bar stools in front of the counter and ordered three glasses of tequila. I downed the first glass at once causing it to burn my throat. A smile curved on my face when I finally calmed.

“That’s a very satisfied smile you have on.” A very deep baritone voice said and I couldn’t be sure if it was the alcohol or the effect of his voice but a shiver ran up my spine the moment he spoke.

I turned to regard its owner and was met by kind, intense gray eyes and Golden looking hair.

For once I wasn’t met with a lustful look or a flirtatious wink. His eyes were intense, but it was more in the way that looked like he held a secret, instead of the way that felt threatening. He looked ravagingly handsome.

He didn’t have the usual French undertone that I had been used to hearing since my arrival here, so I could conclude that he wasn’t French.

The first three buttons of his shirt were open revealing a golden chest covered in tattoos. I felt my cheeks flush slightly under his gaze.

"If I got stared at like that everyday of my life, I'd be a billionaire by now." He let out a low chuckle.

What has gotten over you, Eve!?

I tried to push away my embarrassment, clearing my throat once and averting his gaze. Everything about him screamed danger.

"I'd love to get what the lady is having." He beckoned to the server who left all he was doing and took his order immediately.

His throaty gulps sent shivers down my spine.I felt my tits go taut beneath my dress as he licked his lips and I couldn't deny the urge to feel those hot lips against me.

My thighs trembled as I imagined all of the things that could happen between us if we left the bar right now. I swallowed and bit the inside of my cheek so as to not groan out loud.

“I see you have a white bracelet, so you’re just visiting." He broke the silence. His voice sent goosebumps shooting through my arms and chest.

I tried to keep myself afloat by shutting my eyes tight. When I flicked them open, his gaze was locked in mine.

"Why don’t I show you my favorite spot to drink around here?” He leaned in close and whispered. The scent of his expensive cologne wafted into my nostrils.

Clenching my fists, I moistened my lips before placing my hands in his. Which left me in awe. He didn't have to say much and I came running like I was starved. A flame of lust burst inside of me and I realised that I was getting wet.The night was about to get interesting for me.
