"There is a big guy outside your door, do I need to call security?"

Attorney Leonardo asked as soon as he strode into Eve's office on Monday morning, barely minutes after she finally returned to work.

Eve looked up from the tons of unopened messages in her mail inbox, forcing her thoughts away from her husband for a moment.

"Oh, that's just my personal security."

She said casually, as though she hadn't made a fuss when she walked downstairs and saw a strange young man beside her car.

"I'm your new bodyguard, ma'am. Mr. Stark employed me."

Eve had thrown a fist then and dialled her husband while insisting she wasn't going to be babysat by anyone.

But of course, that mesmerising voice still had the same effect on her even when he was countries away.

"I'm not there to protect you baby, and I'm not letting some psychopath touch a hair on your body. I have to ensure you're safe."
