Chapter Eight.

Ann went to the party with her after much pleading. They arrived at the venue and sat down for a while. It was obviously a party organized by a rich heir. Everything was sparkling,there was enough food,drinks, and lots more available at the party. Ann and Martha even though they are rich heiresses,they could not help but wow at the sight of these things.

“Are you sure it’s just a birthday party?” Ann asked Martha

“I’m not sure anymore Martha. This is far beyond my imagination.” Martha replied, sounding surprised.

“Hello beautiful ladies.” A guy greeted them thereby interrupting their little gossip. It was the guy that invited Martha to the party.

“Hiii.” They both replied. Martha admired him from head to toe. “Pictures did not do justice to this face.” She said,

“Did you say something?” The guy asked.

“No, I was just thinking out loud.” Martha replied and offered him a seat beside her.
