we finally got to all come home after Alexander spent a few days in the hospital. I had arranged for a full-time nurse and a nanny to come help me with Alexander and Jane. Alexander needed some care that I was not comfortable with doing alone. Jane, on the other hand, was becoming a restless wild child, and I need the extra help with her even on my own. I was trying to juggle being a mother wife and taking care of the house plus taking over Alexander's business affairs for him. I took care of the things that couldn't be handled over the phone or by email. things were going smoothly, and I was beginning to get the hang of everything. we began planning the wedding, not just talking about it. we settled on the wedding being held here at our home. there was plenty of land to make our own perfect spot, and we had a whole guest mansion on the property to house our families to keep them close. our biggest setback was going to be the honeymoon. oh boy, Alexander was right. I did have my hands full with him and Jane. Alexander was still on restriction and was only allowed to walk with the assistance of a cane and not lift anything more than five pounds. he did not listen to those orders from his doctor. of course, what human does? Jane was running through the house like a blind rabbit being chased. she was constantly running into things and falling down. poor baby just wouldn't give up. we ended up baby proofing the house. every corner was rounded off or cushioned. all the cabinets had baby proof magnetic locks that doubled as Alexander proof locks, apparently. my brothers went the extra mile and got her padding and a helmet custom made. she could still walk and run freely, but if she fell, she could get up on her own unharmed. we had to double gate the stairs to keep Jane and Alexander off of them, which was kind of funny. Alexander hated the baby proofing because it also limited him and what sketchy things he could do

soon, it was time for the biggest celebration of Jane's little life. HER FIRST BIRTHDAY!! Alexander and I planned a huge party and went all out for our little girl. we invited everyone who was a part of our journey. we even invited Alexander's doctors and therapists since Jane was always at every appointment as well as myself. the entire backyard was decorated in unicorns and rainbows. pastel pinks, purples, greens, and blues were sprinkled everywhere. the tables on the deck were covered in food from end to end. we had everything a kid could ask for. there were peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, French fries, corn dogs, hot dogs, chips, fruit and veggies platters, cookies, cup cakes, chocolate and so much more. we even had an adult table with steaks, burgers, and pizzas. we had popcorn stations, cotton candy stations, BBQ pit masters, and, of course, an ice cream truck. after Janes amazing party, we thanked everyone for coming and all the great gifts. we paid the vendors and cleaned up the backyard. mean while in the house, my brothers cleaned up the mess Nicky made struggling against them. they grabbed her and took her back to the Romano house as planned. after everything was cleaned up and Jane was sound asleep I'd take care of that bitch. I was ready to get rid of that bitch. she endangered my child and my husband out of pure jealousy and psychoness. I may seem like a crazy jealous wife but she messed with the wrong one. after everything was cleaned up, we headed over to the Ramano house. my brothers had left her in the secret safe room. it was just the old wine cellar that we converted into a safe room when we were kids. it was soundproof, had various locks on both the inside and outside, and we made it into a tiny apartment. more like a hideout than a safe room. it was necessary growing up for us. not just from danger from the outside world

"I can't let you turn into one of us," Alexander's words kept replaying in my head as I lay next to him. it was no secret what my family was or what Alexander's family was. I grew up knowing about my family's business transactions since I was old enough to press the panic button. I was trained to defend myself and my family since I was fifteen years old. I learned to keep log books and lists of everyone since I was sixteen. the alarm blared in my ear. it was only seven thirty. we had to get up, though. today marked 4 days before the wedding. we had to get last-minute preparations done, pick up tuxes and dresses, and pack for our separation time. Alexander was going to his parents' house for three days and I was going to stay at my family home. we agreed to separate a few days before the wedding. our families wanted us to separate for a week, but we couldn't do that to Jane or ourselves. we'd all three go crazy. flowers everywhere, roses, sunflowers, daisies, carnations, tulips, daffodils, orchids, lilies, dahlias, gladoili, iris, mums, and so much more all mixed shades of red and yellow spread all throughout the house and gardens. the property looked like a florist fairy had a party. gold and red tapestry was hung and flowing throughout as well. everything looked like a flower fairy tale. I was a bit nervous it was all too much, but Alexander insisted on going all out. up the bridal suit, the girls and myself were getting ready. everywhere was getting hair and makeup done by a team of artists. we were all laughing and just having a great time. I couldn't hide my nerves for anything. but it was the moment we were all waiting for. my hair was up in a traditional curly bridal updo with a gold tiara jeweled with rubies. my makeup was also red and gold.
