Marcus' pov

Fuck it's cold. I thought it would be a good idea for us to go to the beach for a walk after I made Cole workout with me this morning. I knew it would be cold so we've got coats on but I didn't think it would be this fucking cold. It might as well be snowing.

"This wasn't a great idea," Cole says as he hides further under my arm. We're walking down the beach and Cole has wrapped my arm around him so he can keep warm. Nathan is holding my hand on the other side and I can feel how cold his fingers are.

"Should we get fish and chips and eat them in the car?" I suggest and they both nod quickly. We go into the nearest chippy and I sigh at the lovely warmth coming from the counter.

There's a few people here already so Nathan waits in the line as me and Cole sit on the bench.

"We should have stayed indoors," Cole says as he hugs my side still.

"At least we're getting food out of it," I say and Cole hums as I tig
