Dragging his gaze away from me, Victor scratched his arm and mumbled, "What do you mean by how well do I know Aria? Wait, who is Lilith?"

From his expression, I couldn't tell if he seriously didn't know her actual name, if that's her actual name, or if he was just trying to play dumb to through me off topics.

Right now, I don't even know who I should be trusting because my entire life has been built on lies.

"Aria, how well do you know her?" I repeated myself, holding back my anger.
