For a moment, she wondered if she had heard her fiancé correctly ,this bastard has started again she thought she endured his rubbish and now he was at it again.

The man standing before her was Daniel Brooks—the same man she had loved for two years. The same man she had supported through unemployment, debt, and countless excuses.

Yet now he stood in the living room of the house she paid for, holding another woman's hand and that's woman was her fucked up best friend Evelyn Chico she had always suspected something was going on between she and Daniel.

Eva felt something crack inside her ,anger she moved to give Evelyn a dirty slap 

Evelyn Chico whose face was now swollen looked at Daniel with tears in her eyes like one who had begin wronged

Then he said something that sounded like a joke in her ears 

"No, Eva.",He took a step forward.

"You get out."

Her heart stopped.

"What?",Daniel folded his arms.

"The lease is ending next month."

"So?"

"I'm not leaving, Evelyn has already bought this house and his now the legal owner of this house ,if you don't get out I will call the cops for trespassing.

Eva stared at him.

"You don't even have a job."

Eva looked between him and Evelyn.

Then realization hit.

Daniel smirked.

As if reading her thoughts,"Evelyn's pregnant."

The world tilted.

Eva's breathing stopped,she scratched her ears like she has just heard the biggest joke .

Evelyn slowly placed a hand on her barely visible stomach.

A knife twisted directly into Eva's chest.

"We're having a baby."

The thing Eva had dreamed about for years.

Evelyn's smile widened she had finally dealt with this bitch who always felt she could have everything.

"We're starting a family."

Something sharp lodged itself in Eva's heart .She couldn't speak,even if she didn't care,this was actually her sore spot ,she wondered how she fell for this fool

Daniel shook his head."Maybe this happened for a reason."

Eva slowly looked up.

His next words destroyed her.
