Sean knew very well what Khair was thinking. Naturally, he showed him no courtesy. Khair was stunned. After seeing the large amount of money filling the suitcase, he was left speechless.

Khair never imagined that Sean, who worked as a security guard, could obtain three hundred million so quickly. Who could be so kind as to lend three hundred million to a security guard whose monthly salary was barely over one million?

Mega was also shocked. She knew exactly how much Sean earned each month. She could not imagine where Sean had gotten three hundred million from.

“Where did you borrow the money from? Did you go to loan sharks?” After the shock passed, Mega glared at Sean angrily.

Their situation was already extremely difficult. If Sean had borrowed money from loan sharks, their family would be destroyed by his actions.

Sean ignored Mega’s words and only looked coldly at Khair. “Take the money and leave immediately.”

Khair felt irritated hearing Sean repeatedly drive him away. But after hearing Mega’s words, his eyes lit up again. This was the perfect chance to provoke Mega into divorcing Sean.

“Sean Diningrat, a trashy man with no money and a tiny salary, borrowing from loan sharks? Don’t you know that this kind of behavior can destroy your family and Mega?” Khair sneered at Sean.

“Shut up!” Sean snorted coldly and immediately grabbed Khair by the collar, dragging him outside.

“Bastard! Let go!” Khair was shocked. He didn’t expect Sean’s grip to be so strong.

Mega was also shocked by Sean’s behavior, but by the time she came to her senses, Sean had already dragged Khair out of the room.

“If you dare come near my wife again, I’ll make sure you stay in the hospital too!” Sean said as he threw Khair to the ground. At the same time, he tossed the suitcase full of money at him.

“You’ve gone crazy, Sean. Apologize to Mr. Khair right now!” Mega chased after them and glared at Sean.

Khair got up from the floor and stared at Sean angrily. “Sean, you’re quite impressive. Let’s meet at the office tomorrow!”

Khair picked up the suitcase, turned around, and left. Sean was just a security guard. Once back at the office, Khair had plenty of ways to toy with him.

“Mr. Khair…” Mega wanted to chase after him to help Sean apologize, but in the end, she chose not to go.

Mega turned to Sean and said, “Sean, why are you being so rude? Mr. Khair helped us, yet you didn’t thank him and even treated him so roughly. Do you think your behavior is right?”

Sean turned to look at Mega as well, his gaze filled with irritation. “I said we didn’t need his help, yet you still borrowed money from him. Don’t you know he’s interested in you?”

Mega was stunned, then said angrily, “What do you mean, Sean? Do you think I wanted to give him a chance? Andin could’ve been kicked out if we didn’t pay the hospital fees immediately. If you could have borrowed the money sooner, why would I have gone to him? Don’t you know I’m tired too?”

Mega was furious. If it weren’t for their child’s condition, if it weren’t for Sean being so useless, would she have needed to borrow money from a man she despised and sit there chatting with him?

Sean glanced at Mega briefly, then said, “Go back and stay with Andin first. I have something to take care of and need to go out.”

“What are you going to do? Is it true that you borrowed that money from loan sharks?” Mega asked suspiciously.

“No. I borrowed it from a friend,” Sean said, then turned around. He didn’t want to say anything more.

They had been arguing frequently these past few days, and he was already exhausted by it. He wanted to calm himself down alone. He had originally planned to tell Mega the truth, but after seeing her attitude today, he reconsidered.

The next day, Sean decided to resign from his job and focus on taking care of his child at the hospital. He believed that with Roby’s help, they would quickly find someone with matching bone marrow for Andin.

Arthaguna Group was the largest pawnshop company in Bandung City. After Sean failed in his business venture, he initially came here to apply for a position in the marketing division. However, Khair said he wasn’t good at speaking and recommended him to become a security guard instead.

Only later did Sean realize that Khair was interested in Mega and did not want Sean working in the marketing division. The Arthaguna Group building had ten floors, with two security guards assigned to each floor. Their duties included monitoring each floor, guarding the main entrance, directing vehicle parking, and other related tasks.

“Brother Sean, how’s your child’s condition?” As soon as Sean arrived at the office, another security guard greeted him.

He was usually called Amar. He had failed military training and couldn’t find a suitable job, so he ended up working as a security guard here.

At first, Amar was very impulsive, especially after military training, which made his temperament rather aggressive. When Sean first started working here, they had once argued, and Amar even wanted to beat him up.

Although Sean had never undergone military training, he had practiced boxing frequently and trained himself to remain calm. In a fight, no one could defeat him. After just a few punches, Amar was defeated by Sean.

From that day on, Amar greatly admired Sean and often greeted him.

“She’ll recover once we find someone with the same bone marrow,” Sean said.

Amar cleared his throat and said hesitantly, “Brother Sean, today I saw Khair looking for Mr. Bima. It seems like he came to fire you.”

“You really are shameless, Sean,” Natalie said while shaking her head and looking at him with disdain.Mega glanced at Sean Diningrat. She also felt extremely annoyed, but she did not want to scold Sean in front of her family. She merely let out a long sigh and said to Fikri, “Fikri, I’m sorry. I apologize for Sean’s recklessness, and I also thank your father for helping me previously.”“Sister Mega, what you’re saying is a bit too serious. Actually, I didn’t intend to say all this, but brother-in-law forced me. I had no choice but to call my father to prove that what I said was true,” Fikri put on an expression as if he were helpless.Mega did not see Fikri’s hypocrisy at all. On the contrary, she increasingly felt that when comparing her husband to this future brother-in-law, the difference was immediately obvious. They truly could not be compared.“Sean, do you still think that Fikri doesn’t deserve an apology from you?” Natalie asked again.Sean felt somewhat annoyed, but after th

“Brother-in-law, what do you mean? Just because you are useless doesn’t mean others are also incapable like you. If it weren’t for Uncle Fikri’s help, would you have been able to help her?” Seeing Sean doubt her boyfriend, Jennie immediately felt irritated.“Whether I helped her or not is not important. What matters most is whether this person dares to call his father in front of us. Or you can also call Roby and Fathir. I have the contact information for both of them, or should I be the one to call?” Sean said with a cold smile.“Go ahead and call, but if it ends up embarrassing you, don’t blame me for not respecting you,” Jennie said with a sneer.Sean gave a cold smile when he heard Jennie’s words.“Fikri, hurry up and call your father now. Let someone see just how powerful your family is,” Jennie urged.Mega and Natalie also looked at Fikri. Fikri hesitated slightly; he felt extremely anxious. But thinking of his tacit understanding with his father, he decided to take the risk. If

On one hand, it was for her daughter’s own good. On the other hand, if her daughter could marry into a wealthy family, then their family would become more respectable.“I was just joking, Sis. Don’t take it seriously,” Jennie laughed.“Oh right, Fikri, I mentioned this to you two days ago. Was it you who secretly helped my sister?” Jennie suddenly turned to Fikri beside her and asked.“Huh? Me? I, I only mentioned it to my father. I don’t know whether he went to Harrison and contacted the Director to help Sister Mega or not. I’ll ask him when I get back,” Fikri replied hesitantly.“There’s no need to ask. Back then, your father was also the one who stepped in to help us, which was why Martaguna Company gave that business to my mother. This time, it must be your father again. I didn’t expect your father’s connections to be so extensive,” Jennie said confidently.“That’s not an exaggeration. Although my family company isn’t very large, my father’s connections are indeed impressive. Almo

“Wow, Sis, you’re amazing. You’ve only been at that company for one year and you’ve already been promoted to sales department supervisor. It seems your boss is truly wise and knows how to recognize talent,” Jennie praised her.“What ability do I even have, don’t you know that? I was just lucky,” Mega said with a smile. What she said was indeed true. If it weren’t for the mysterious person who secretly helped her win the Harrison project, she wouldn’t have been qualified to be promoted to sales department supervisor.“Mega, don’t belittle yourself too much. Oh right, now that you’ve been promoted to sales department supervisor, your income is much higher. In the future, you must manage your bank card well. Don’t spend your money on useless people,” Natalie said with a hidden meaning as she looked at Sean Diningrat.“Mom, Sean has his own job,” Mega felt slightly awkward. She could naturally hear the meaning behind her mother’s words. She disliked Sean because he didn’t work and used he

At this moment, at the Natalie family home, Jennie looked at Mega and asked, “Sis, is brother-in-law not coming to celebrate Dad’s birthday again this year?”Mega was slightly worried about Sean Diningrat. Before she could respond, she heard her mother, Natalie, say coldly, “Someone as useless as him doesn’t matter whether he comes or not. Don’t let me feel annoyed just by seeing him.”“Mom, he will come. He went to buy a gift,” Mega said with a bitter smile. After Sean’s failed attempt to start a business three years ago, her mother had grown extremely displeased with Sean Diningrat, and Mega had long been used to her mother’s attitude toward him.“He’s a poor man supported by a woman. What kind of gift could he possibly afford to buy? Don’t let that gift embarrass him later,” Natalie said as she turned her face away.“Yeah, the gift brother-in-law can buy is probably only worth a few hundred thousand at most. Unlike Fikri, he gave Dad a belt from a famous brand,” Jennie said proudly

“You wanted to break Young Master Sean’s neck?” After Sean left, Abimanyu stared at Jefri with a serious expression.“B-Brother Abimanyu, who exactly is he?” Although Jefri felt a bit panicked, he still hadn’t realized how serious the situation was.“Do you think someone as insignificant as you is qualified to ask about Young Master Sean’s identity?” Dio snorted. “You only need to know that there are very few people in Bandung who can afford to provoke him.”“Dio, stop wasting words on him. Young Master Sean is already angry. Don’t let Young Master Sean find out that this bastard follows us, otherwise none of us will have an easy life later,” Fahrul said.“What you said makes sense. Oh right, do you know what Young Master Sean meant?” Dio nodded and looked at Abimanyu.“You really have a shrimp-sized brain. This bastard wanted to break Young Master Sean’s neck, and Young Master Sean already said it himself. That means he wants us to break his arm,” Abimanyu said seriously.“Hehe, my b
