Kim spent her day in her apartment, desperately trying to erase all traces that led to her spreading the false news of her pregnancy.

It was all a scam, a desperate attempt to keep Gael from leaving her completely.

Exhausted from her efforts, she fell fast asleep. However, her slumber was short-lived as her phone rang, jolting her awake.

"Hello, who's this?" She asked, checking the caller ID, but there was no name displayed.

"It's me, the blogger. The news has been taken down because we received a bigger offer," the voice on the other end said.

"What do you mean by a bigger offer? Do you know how much I paid you the last time??" Kim asked, irritation creeping into her voice.

"Yes, ma'am, but there's nothing we can do. It's the highest bidder or nothing, and this time around, the highest bidder came with a warning that if we were to put it up again, we'd be sued," the blogger explained.
