Irene's P.O.V

Thanks to Steve who came just in time and stopped me from being whipped by that uncouth woman and witch named Kourtney, only God knows how that long whip would have torn through my skin and caused blood to gush out of it. The mere thought of that whip landing on my skin caused me to shudder a breath as I diced the onion on a chopping board.

Ever since the day Kourtney attempted to hit me with that long whip that stretched to the ground, I have been treading cautiously while making sure that I do not cross paths with her at all.
