Elder Sesan has been trying to wear ‘normal’ clothes for the past few years but he was never successful in pulling it off. His baggy trousers and long-sleeved brown shirt were just… a terrible combination. He had tied his beard and though he looked older, it was not as obvious as if you knew Penelope almost ten years ago.

Penelope was a woman now. A full-grown woman. She had long wavy coal black hair and her extraordinary confidence had never wavered. From what I last remembered, she had a harder voice and always held her head upright.

She wore a small black dress and tied a matching ribbon around her neck.

They walked forward and Kane stood beside me, folding his hands and flexing those muscles.

“I hope you’re the only ones here. You know I don’t approve of the others,” I said, expecting to see the rest jump out.

Dan died a year ago, but Fraser and that prick, Madeline, were still alive—unfortunately.
