6. Angry man

The hotness of the sun peeked in through the partially open window, casting a beam of light onto her smooth skin, rousing her from slumber.

She gently massaged her eyes to shake off sleepiness before retrieving her phone from the nearby table. As she glanced at the time, she was taken aback. Her eyes swiftly shifted towards the curtains, allowing her to catch a glimpse of the dazzling brightness outside. It was already 10:00 am in the morning, a stroke of luck that it happened to be the weekend, or else she would have faced the risk of being late from university.

After rising from her bed, she gathered her blonde hair into a ponytail, She moved her head from side to side to relieve the tension from sleeping in one position all night, got to her slippers, and made her way to the bathroom to freshen up. After a quick shower she walk over to her dresser , tugged her hair out of the towel , she began to blow dry it. Then she glance herself in a mirror to make sure that she's looking perfect.

Her choice of a dress was a black jeans, and light pink hoodie over it which was a definition of comfort for her.

Retrieving her phone from the side table, she noticed her mother's message at the top, stating, "When you wake up, Ella and I are heading to the market for groceries. Inform Eva so she can prepare breakfast for you."

With a smile, she returned the phone to its place on the side table.

Eva, although not her elder sister, held a deep affection for her and took great care of her. The age gap between them was just one year.

Eva assumed responsibility for all the household chores, including tidying the house, preparing meals, and looking after every family member. She held the belief that she was capable of surpassing the abilities of their hired maid.

As she descended the stairs, she could smell the aroma of fresh coffee and sizzling bacon coming from the kitchen. She made her way to the kitchen, where Eva was busy preparing breakfast. She greeted her with a smile and a hug, grateful for the care that Eva always provided.

Eva asked her what she would like for breakfast, and she requested scrambled eggs and toast. Eva was preparing her breakfast, she took a seat at the kitchen table and started scrolling through her phone.

As she sat there, she realized that she had a lot of pending work to do for, and she hadn't even started on it yet. She started to feel overwhelmed and anxious, but she didn't want to stress out Eva, who was always so kind to her.

Instead, she decided to take a deep breath and focus on the present moment. She enjoyed her breakfast and the company of Eva, who was always so cheerful and positive. She felt grateful for the small moments of happiness in her life, and she knew that she could face any challenge as long as she had the support of her family and friends.

"Luna I want to go market for shopping with you because I have to bought a new dress for me to wear in my friend's birthday party." Eva said excitedly.

"Okay we will go but firstly we have to took permission from our father." Luna said with a grin on her face.

After breakfast she move towards the lounge where her father was watching television.

She also sat on the couch with her father. Her father saw her and said "Good morning my darling daughter." She smiled and said "Good morning too" and rested her head on her father's shoulder.

"Dad me and Eva want to go to the market."

She said kindly to his father.

"Yes dear, you both can go with the driver."

Her father said turning off the TV with the remote.

"No, we want to go alone. You give me the key," she said, lifting her head.

After that, her father gave her the key and advised her to drive the car carefully.

She was happy with the key and thanked her father by hugging her.

Then she went to the kitchen and showing the key to Eva said: Let's go shopping, I have taken permission from our father.

"I thought we are going to go with the driver." Eva looked at her and said.

"Yes, but come with me today, I will drive today." She said as she tossed the key in the air and caught it.

Then she and Luna started laughing.

" I am coming in just five minutes." said by Eva.

"Okay, I am waiting for you outside." said by Luna.

Eva came out of the gate and Luna was sitting in the car honking. Eva quickly went and sat on the front seat of the car.

They both were happy because they are spending their special time with each other. Also, they both loved to do shopping with each other.

After the drive of 5 minutes they reached a mall. Luna parked the car in the parking area.

Then, Luna and Eva walked through the mall, stopping at various stores to browse the latest fashion trends. They entered a boutique with a large collection of dresses and skirts.

Eva picked out a beautiful floral dress and held it up to Luna, asking her opinion. Luna smiled and told her that it looked stunning on her. After trying on a few dresses, Eva decided to buy the floral dress. They then moved on to the shoe store where Luna picked out a pair of comfortable sneakers for herself. After a fun day of shopping, they were coming towards parking area with hands full of shopping bags.

As Eva and Luna sat in the car, engrossed in their conversation, Luna's focus was momentarily distracted, and she accidentally sideswiped the neighboring car, causing scratches along the side.

Both Eva and Luna quickly realized what had happened and immediately pulled over to the side of the road. They got out of the car to assess the damage, and they could see the owner of the other car approaching them with a concerned expression.

"Hey, what just happened? You scratched my car stupid girl!" said by angry young man.

Luna, feeling regretful, approached the car owner to apologize and assess the extent of the damage.

"I'm so sorry about that. It was a mistake on my part. Let's take a look and see how bad it is. I'll take full responsibility for the damage."said by Luna.

"You better! This is going to cost me to get it fixed!" he said angrily.

Eva tried to defuse the tension and said, "We understand your frustration, and we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience. Let's exchange insurance information and make sure everything is taken care of."

However, Luna, feeling a surge of anger and being unable to control her emotions, responded impulsively.

"Oh, please! Accidents happen! Don't act like it's the end of the world!" Luna said angrily.

"What did you just say? You scratched my car, and now you're being rude about it?" he asked angrily.

Eva quickly stepped in to mediate the situation.

"Well, she better control herself! This is unacceptable!"said by him.

"You're right, I'm sorry for my reaction. It was uncalled for, and I apologize for any offense caused. Let's focus on resolving this matter in a fair and responsible manner."said by Luna.

As they waited for the police to arrive, Eva and Luna made efforts to calm the situation and assure the car owner that they would take the necessary measures to rectify the incident. They exchanged insurance details, and Eva took the lead in coordinating with the authorities.

Despite the emotional outburst, Eva and Luna remained committed to resolving the matter responsibly. They acknowledged their mistake, accepted liability for the scratches, and took responsibility for their actions. They ensured that the necessary steps were taken to repair the damage, cover any costs incurred, and restore a sense of calm and fairness to the situation.
