Elisha’s POV

"And who the hell are you again?" I grabbed the man who was standing in front of the hospital while I was mad at him. I want to thank him for saving me again, but he doesn't have to put himself through this trouble to save me.

I shook my head. “You can’t just show up in front of my house and tell everyone that you’re marrying me. You don’t know anything about me, and in fact, we just met last night.”

He sighed and put his thumb on the corner of my lower lip. "That's perfect, right? We don't know each other, so there's no physical intimacy between us. You would marry me because you wanted to get away from your family, and I would marry you for my own reasons. Deal or no deal?"

I'm so annoyed by what he said and his complete inability to comprehend what I was trying to convey that it makes my blood boil.

I inhaled my anger, slowly blinked my eyes and looked at his very unusual eyes. It looks like dark golden eyes, and it seems strange. When I tried to figure out what was going on with his eyes, he turned away. Then I put my hand on my face in a hard way and said something quietly. "I don't understand you…and please, don’t talk to me anymore.”

"I don't know why I have to do this for you either."

When three expensive cars pulled up in front of the hospital, three guys in black suits seemed to be looking for someone. After taking a look around, Arman stood up, and the other three guys bowed to him.

My Mom and Dad just got out of the hospital. Then my sister frowned at me, and they couldn't believe that the guy they thought I picked up on the street was a billionaire.

I heard one of the guards say, “Your father was looking for you the whole night, King.”

King?

I just didn't mind it all, since maybe it’s normal for them to be called King because of their wealth.

To my surprise, Harry's car is going to crash into me. He tried his best to stop his vehicle but was out of control because he was drunk all night and had a hangover. Then my eyes rounded in fear because the car was about to hit me, but I was surprised to see Arman jump in front of me and carry me in the opposite direction so easily. We both fell down on the ground while he tried to put his hand over my head.

I was gasping for air because I was so shocked, so shocked to think how could he acted so fast!

I saw that Harry's car was on fire, and a medic came to get Harry out. Then my lips trembled in terror as I saw that Arman's body doesn't have any cuts or scratches, but mine does.

I whispered. “Impossible…..”

He stood up and helped lift me to my feet. He pulled me up, and I was still staring at him in disbelief. I shook my head in confusion, and gulped continuously, I don’t have a proper words to say to him.

He leaned over and check my bruises, “You are going to be fine.”

“How….” I paused for a moment, and looked up at him. “How did you do that?”

His lips formed into a wise smile, and his face darkened when few people coming towards us. He was about to say something, but he pursed his lips, and looked around. He saw that all of his men waiting for him to stepped inside his van. So he cupped my face, and sighed. “I have to go…..”

My father sprinted over to check on me and asked, "Are you alright? Doctor! Would you please have a look at my daughter?"

They brought me inside the hospital while Arman and his men were leaving, and I don't know when I will see him again or if this will be the last time I could see him at all. I'm not sure which it is.

How did he manage to save me in the nick of time, or how did he possess such strength? That was extremely unlikely for me, but he opened up the possibility of it happening.

Cristella walked in while the nurse put some bandage on my arm, she put her hand on her hips and sighed, “Look at you, you are still alive.”

She laughed nervously, and was about to light her cigarette when the nurse said, “No smoking here.”

Cristella rolled her eyes, “Alright.” she put back the cigarette in her pocket and glanced at me, “Where did that guy come from? I saw him—he saved you in just a blink of an eye. Wow! That’s amazing!”

I bit my lower lip, “I don’t know…it’s just happened so fast.”

Cristella doubtedly stared at me, and mom and dad just came in. They all look worried for me, and they both hug me.

“Are you okay? Is your head okay? Is there some pain you felt?” Mom asked.

Cristella said, “She’s totally fine….and she’s not a kid anymore, ew!”

Dad asked, “Where is that man who saved you?”

“I don’t know.” That's all that I can say to them.

“I know that you are still in trauma about what happened, but we wanted to know who’s that man in your life.” Mom said.

I looked up at them, and tried to walk slowly. I don’t even know what to say to them about the guy named Arman. I only met him last night, and there’s a lot happening within twenty four hours.

“She’s still in shock, maybe we can talk to her later.” Dad said.

Cristella laughs softly. “Maybe she’s lying, and she’s hiding the truth. That guy never wanted to marry her, I knew it. I have never seen that man in her life, only last night. And it was so strange that he came up with the idea of marrying her.”

I smiled at my sister, “Are you jealous because nobody wants to marry you? Even Harry hates someone like you.”

Cristella was speechless when she heard that from me, she didn’t react, she stopped herself from hurting me because we are in the hospital. I walked away from them—alone. Until my best friend arrived, Kayla.

She opened her car for me, “We got a lot of things to talk about.”

I sighed. “I know.”

When we were on our way to her flat, she said. "So what actually happened? Do you know that Harry's parents are going to sue your parents for the harm they've caused? It's so stupid, or if it's not, they'll take everything from your parents, including their properties."

"I don't know how to get away from Harry. First, he physically hurt me, and then today, I came perilously close to losing my life because of his reckless driving,"  I let out a muffled sigh.

“Oh, Damn….That man is no good to you, but all I can say is good luck to your future if you agree to marry him—” Kayla thumped the brake to stop the car from running when a black Mercedes Benz stopped us in the middle of the road.

“Fuck!” Kayla cursed.

Because I was angry, I rubbed my forehead and got out of the car. Arman was the one who stopped us. He approached me like a powerful man in a demanding tone. "You need to come with me."

"I'm not—" He didn't wait for me to finish; instead, he took me into his vehicle, which left Kayla completely speechless.

Arman locked the door and returned to Kayla to tell my friend something. Then he came back to the backseat and sat next to me with a smirk on his face.

“You can’t do this to me!”

“I like you….”

I bit my lower lip in disbelief, “Well, I don’t like you.”

“They said that in order for me to mark a human mate is....to marry her, so I’m marrying you tonight.”

I can’t believe this man, and I glared at him in frustration. “What the hell are you talking about?”

Her body was covered in bruises and scars inflicted by my nasty biological father. Kaiser gave me a sweet smile, and I smiled back at him, then Arman took him from me. Arman kissed our baby’s forehead and whispered to my ear, “Go, greet your mom….”I can’t believe that I’ll be able to meet her in this surprising situation, and I couldn’t help but slowly wipe my tears away. Cole smiled at me warmly, and Steffina and Farkas were staring at me, walking towards my mom, and they were overwhelmed. “Are….Are you Elisha? Are you my daughter?” she asked while her hands were trembling, touching the side of my face. I nodded my head while crying in front of her, and whispered, “I—I’m your daughter….I am.” I took a deep breath and hugged her fragile body because she was so thin, looked malnourished, and her body was shaking. I grabbed Arman’s coa

Elisha’s POVLooking up at the sky with hot tears running down my face, I asked myself, "Why is this happening to me? That my little baby wasn't even here with me." There isn't even a scent in here that would help me find them. "Cole?! Nancy! Where are you guys? We're already here..." I took a step back as fear and a lot of questions filled my mind. At that moment, all I could think about was my son. To hug him, feel his little feet on my face, and smell his sweet scent. I miss him so much that I couldn't hold back the tears that kept falling from my melancholy eyes.Arman looked around and tried to step inside the ruined Villa, and he found nothing but all the dead bodies of his men and other hybrids. • The Desperate Lycan King Wants Me   107. It's Over

Elisha’s POV“Arman….” I called his name, and Steffina stood up as she finally healed from her broken ribs. She carries me to the top floor when all of the doors automatically open. She said, “What we need to do right now is to escape this place, you know what will happen if we don't! This place will explode in five minutes. We gotta go, Elisha.” I gulped hard, and cried softly, “What will happen to them? How about Arman and Farkas?” She held my hand, “They are going to be fine, my worry is you….you look like you’re dying! We gotta jump now!” I took a deep breath in and looked down in fear. She looked at me and said, "Don't tell me you're afraid of falling. Don't worry, I got you." We jumped together, she grabbed my hand, and I muttered, "Damn! I don't wanna die!" She said, "No, but hold my hand when we get to the ground." I closed my eyes, and the harsh effect of gravity made us both roll around on the ground so painfully. I thought I had died, but I'm still alive. Marcus got o

  • The Desperate Lycan King Wants Me   106. The Last Breath

Arman’s POVThe scream of Elisha echoed through the building as I was in the midst of a fight with Lazaro, who had gone to the top floor looking for an exit. So I stopped chasing Lazaro, and he laughed, "Would you want to lose your mate just to kill me? Hey, kid. You need to save her! and let me fucking go!" Are you sure you can get away from me? Lazaro, no. There is no way out. That's right, I have the key to this building!" Lazaro's expression turned pale.I stopped and jumped up and down every floor to find Elisha. On the last floor, I saw her gasping for air as Jake tried to choke her to death. Jake was on top of her while she was on the floor and could no longer move. In a fit of rage, I leaped behind Jake and gave him a swift spin of the neck. When he opened his eyes in shock, I opened my palm and used all my effort to sever his head from his body, then kicked his lifeless body away from Elisha.I heard Elisha coughing in pain, and when I looked at her, I realized that she had

  • The Desperate Lycan King Wants Me   105. You Killed Madeline!

Elisha’s POVI let out a scream of agony as I strained to bear the pain. Steffina extracted all the golden bullets from my flesh with her fangs and her bare hands. I shook in pain, and all I could see was hazy pixels."Don't sleep, just bear the pain!" she whispered. "You'll lose yourself if you sleep..." She smiled at me and took the last bullet inside. "You'll be fine in a few hours, but we still need to get out of here, and take you to the hospital." I stood up, "I'm not leaving this place without Arman." As she helped me walk down the hall, I opened my mouth to breathe properly and quietly cried. The second time we took the elevator, I put my hand on hers and said, "Thank you." She smiled at me, and hugged me. “Everything is going to be fine, Elisha….Baby Kaiser is waiting for you. You need to stay strong.” The elevator opened to the top floor, but we didn't see anyone there. I said, "Just find Farkas, and I'm going to find Arman." Steffina was hesitant, but I held her hand,

  • The Desperate Lycan King Wants Me   104. Steffina is Back!

Elisha’s POVAs I screamed in fear, everyone stumbled and involuntarily threw themselves against every wall in the room. Everything broke, even mirrors and glasses. Steffina looked at me blankly while she put her hands over her ears. She grabbed my arm and said, "Let's go find them." We both run upstairs as we take our way going to the lift, but someone behind us chases us. “Run as fast as you can Elisha….” I wasn't aware that I had an open wound on the side of my stomach, which is why I felt a little weak. It would take too long to heal, because the freak who tried to kill me was a hybrid, not a human. I put a pressure on my stomach, and breathed heavily, and Steffina still grabbed my hand as we arrived at the elevator. We pressed the button going to the last floor, and the hybrid who chased us almost stepped in, but I broke his arm, and he yelled in pain as he lost his left arm. I closed my eyes and sat on the floor, "Fuck...Where have you been, Steffina? How did you get into th

Every door and window in the hotel was locked, and she knew there was no way to outrun death."You're stuck in here, Madeline." She stepped back and punched the wall to create a massive hall to another room, and she ran to another room while I was chasing her. She stopped for a moment and showed me her fangs. “Elisha! I have no idea that you can outsmart me, so come here, and let’s end this!” "Oh," I said, shaking my head. You have taught me that you cannot fool me twice, so thank you." When she fired the trigger, I dove for cover, dodging the few shots that were headed my way. When she ran out of bullets, she threw the gun and attacked me, trying to scratch my face.“You don’t deserve a life, Elisha! You better die! Die! Die! Die!” I screamed at her, “And you deserved another scratch, Madeline.” I ga

I stomped on her foot and yanked on her arm to throw her. She snarled at me, and her eyes widened when I approached her and kicked her in the face. After she let out a piercing cry of pain, I took a few steps back, at which point she regained her composure, stood up tall, and gazed at me with a grin. She summoned the air with her strength to control the situation, drew her sword, and pointed it at me. Do you think I'm scary, Elisha? We're sisters, right?" she asked as she came over to me without shielding her eyes. While running as fast as she could, she aimed her sharp sword straight at me, but I dodged out of the way and threw a chair at her. And when I looked around, I saw that the blood had spread out and mixed together on the floor. The hotel's employees—the waiters, the cooks—gave their lives for this figh

I inhaled deeply and then exhaled as I continued to monitor the forest and all of the guards standing outside. We looked at each other, and I could feel Arman's excitement as he looked forward to seeing all the traitors tonight. I fix his tie and look deeply into his eyes. I fear losing this man, but I trust that he knows what he's doing. We locked our hands together, and I smiled at him, and said, “We can do it.” “Yes,” Farkas was already sharpening his claws as he waited for the front door to open. I let out a deep breath and sighed. I could really feel them coming, and they were already standing in front of the entrance door.My pupils dilated, and the staff member at the front desk opened the door. Lazaro stood there like a real devil, smiling in a mean wa
