“Finish him!” I said to Gaius before sauntering out of the cell block.

“Please Beta!” Elias yelled at the top of his lungs. “Please spare my life, I have a family. ”

Despite his pleas, I didn't turn back. Instead, I kept on walking. He should have considered the fact that he had a family before making a business out of selling poison.

How can you profit from other people's pain, grief, and sadness?

I could not imagine the number of people that died from those poisons. Even if he didn't administer it to them directly. He was solely responsible!

Stella died in the cell, Alanna died in court, and Tania died at the infirmary. All of them went through an agonizing, excruciating pain before dying. They didn't deserve it. Neither of them did.
