‘BOOM’

A loud sound went off as fire went off in the warehouse and the force of the fire made her fall flat.

“No no no no no….NO!”, she yelled from the top of her lungs as tears rolled down her face and one hand on her bruised ribs with the other covering her mouth in shock.

“I am not done with you yet Zoey.”

She felt herself being held in a choke-lock, she knew who it was. Arthur.

Zoey tried to pull him off her but she continue to fail, just before Arthur could stab her using the medallion, she bit on his arm and stomped on his foot, then she hit his head with the back of hers causing him to let go of her.

Zoey tumbled out of his arms and fell to the floor she gasped for air and put her hands around her neck gently. She knew she wouldn’t make it out alive, especially in a fight with a vampire, and Arthur above all.
