We are pregnant again.

Isabella's POV

I go to Dante's office. I am. I decided that I do not want to become a part of the Italian Mafia. I want them to take over from my father, and they have both agreed upon it, as I do not want to put my children in danger, and they agree the children should not be exposed to danger. It will be worse if I am the one who is the godmother of the Italian Mafia, because everybody will think it will be easier to go after a woman and her children than to go after Dante. Besides, everybody knows Dante, and they are afraid of him. I wanted to tell Dante that I think I am pregnant, but I decided to make sure before I tell him. I went to the doctor today and he confirmed my suspicions. I am going with the tests and everything to Dante's office. Dante is not very busy, and I go up to his office immediately.

Over the last few years, we have been lying low as the Italian mafia because everybody is still wondering what happened to all those politicians, and nobody knows where they are.

I cannot wait to see what the nursery looks like, the children, and Dante does not want to tell me anything. We have been in the hospital for three days, and the doctors are very happy with our progress and say that we can go home. I cannot wait to get home. I miss my house and my children. And of course, I miss Dante. Lying here alone in the hospital is not a joke. I hate hospitals, and I hate the smell of hospitals. It always reminds me of sadness and illness.     Dante's POVThe following day, I went to fetch the children from my parents' house. I have a surprise for them. We are going to decorate the baby's room. Isabella and I had decided long before the baby was born that we wanted the twins and I to do it while she was in the hospital, as they didn't want to know if they were going to have a brother or a sister, and we didn't know what colour to paint the nursery. I hope the children will be as excited as I am. We've never attempted to do anything like this together before. Every time they wanted some other scene for their rooms, we just did it, and they were happy. They never asked to be a part of it, but this time they are going to be a part of Charlotte's room decoration. The children are very excited when I tell them that we're going to decorate the baby's room, so when she comes home, she will feel right at home. They have apologised to Charlotte for calling her an ugly duckling because Charlotte has been turning into a cute baby sin
