"Can I trust you?", As he asked, I glanced at him, peering deep into his eyes, striving to gauge his thoughts but couldn't penetrate them.
"No, you can't.", Words escaped from my heart as I didn't realize what did I actually said. With a sigh of relief, I turned my face to look at him, his eyes widened in confusion. I wanted to cover my mouth right then but I needed to be stable, no?
"You can't trust me, for I'm just an employee to you, and you only hired me one week ago. So yes, you can't trust me yet.", Covering my actual motive, I strived to explain and diverted him from where I'm coming from.
