Chapter 73

Samantha POV

We finally separated after our kiss. We were both breathless and holding onto each other for dear life.

"I guess we should make our way back to our party." Ate whispers into my ear. I feel the blush creeping onto my face. There is no way that I actually did that. We actually had a make-up session with Ate and on the other side of the door, there is a room full of people.

We took a moment to recollect ourselves. I reapplied my lipstick which was hard without a mirror. I look up to tell Ate that I am ready. I saw the lipstick stains on his lips and I could help but giggle. I quickly clean his lips with a wipe that I found in my purse.

Together we made our way back to the party. I finally feel happy. I just know that we can get through this storm together.

We made our way through the crowd. Ate introduced me to so many people that my head is spinning. There is no way that I am going to remember even half of the people tomorrow.

The party has finally ended and I am dead
