Becoming Luna

The pack was congregated outside waiting for me to become their luna under the half-moon. They didn't know that we would be changing the location at the last moment. To say I was scared was an understatement. I didn't have any idea at all how to lead them and there was so much stacked against us already.

Gera and Garreth had agreed to a temporary ceasefire pending the rest of her story. They both agreed the story could wait until after the ceremony was completed. I wanted to know what happened to my parents and Gera’s history but I was so afraid of what she had to say I was willing to wait.
