LOGINOn Elsa’s first day working at Dustin’s residence, she finally realized that the place was located in the middle of an island. Most of the food was supplied by the servants who grew crops there, while some provisions were delivered directly by helicopter.
There were no sea or land vehicles available. The place was extremely difficult to access and might even have been hidden from the world’s maps. Elsa had never seen an island like this when browsing maps on her phone.
No wonder Marley had once told her that it would be difficult to leave. Apparently, it was true. The only way to enter or leave the island was by air.
“So Dustin has been living this far away from ordinary human civilization all this time? He doesn’t know about the internet, malls, or anything else found in big cities. He’s probably never even seen a skyscraper,” Elsa thought, feeling sorry for him.
But as she worked on the balcony, cleaning the floor, Elsa spotted Dustin exercising outside. When she thought about it, perhaps she was the one who deserved more sympathy because she was here because of a debt. Dustin, on the other hand, probably had more money than Elsa could imagine.
“He’s the son of the Dawson family. He has everything he needs, even though he lives in a remote place like this,” she murmured.
When Dustin turned around, their eyes accidentally met. Dustin paused for a moment, looking toward Elsa as he realized that the new servant had been watching him. Elsa quickly returned to her work.
“So the right side of the house Marley mentioned is actually huge. How am I supposed to finish all of this by myself in one day?” Elsa thought, grumbling inwardly and still unable to believe that such a massive house could exist in the middle of a remote island.
After finishing the balcony and the surrounding area, she went downstairs. Dustin had just entered the house as well, sweat dripping from his neck and face. He accepted the towel Marley offered him, and once again, his eyes met Elsa’s.
Elsa immediately lowered her head and hurried away. She had only been in the house for a day and still had no idea what Dustin was really like. She did not know whether he was like Deon or even worse.
“Tell the new girl not to enter my bedroom until I give her permission,” Dustin said, his sharp gaze following Elsa’s retreating figure.
Marley obediently nodded. “Yes, sir.”
Dustin then headed toward the other side of the house. He casually removed his black tank top and tossed it onto a table before diving into the pool with a graceful movement. After spending some time in the water, he surfaced and put on a bathrobe, allowing water to drip from his hair.
“Hey, you!” Dustin called when Elsa walked past carrying a mop.
Elsa’s body seemed to freeze at the sound of his voice. She slowly turned around, her expression tense.
“Come here!” Dustin motioned for Elsa to approach.
With no choice, Elsa set down the mop she was holding and walked toward him.
“Yes, sir. Do you need something?” Elsa asked.
“How old are you?” Dustin asked instead.
Elsa raised both eyebrows, surprised by the unexpected question.
“I’m twenty-four this year.”
“Have you ever worked as a servant before?” Dustin asked again.
Elsa shook her head. She had previously worked as a private-sector employee. Her career had begun to take off when she started working as a receptionist at the Dawson company, but instead of continuing her career there, she had been kidnapped and brought here to work as a servant.
“Then why are you here, working as a servant? Do you realize this house is very far from the city? Getting back home won’t be easy for you either,” Dustin asked again, sounding like he was interviewing a potential employee.
Elsa knew it would be difficult to leave this place, but she had no other choice. She certainly would not allow Brisa, her niece, to take on an adult’s responsibilities in her place.
“Does Dustin really know nothing about his family outside this island? Did this man grow up on an island like this? What a miserable fate, being exiled by his own family. But my fate is even worse because I’m the servant here. I’m so unlucky,” Elsa thought.
“I know. I’m working here because I want to make a lot of money,” she lied, hoping Dustin would stop asking questions. After all, the man did not know much about the outside world either. Even the internet was inaccessible from this place.
“How much money would you need to leave this place?”
Elsa frowned.
“If I name a number, will you give it to me? Will you tell me to leave this place?” she asked.
The tension that had been written across her face suddenly disappeared, replaced by hope at the thought that Dustin might actually order her to leave.
But Elsa’s assumption was wrong. The man laughed mockingly.
“Tell you to leave? You seem to think getting in and out of this place is easy. You’d better prepare yourself. You’ll spend the rest of your life here, just like Marley. So having a lot of money is pointless if you can’t use it to buy anything.”
Elsa’s expression immediately fell. But what Dustin said was true. Having plenty of money in a place like this was useless because there was nothing she could use it to buy. The painful reality struck her so hard that she could feel it deep in her heart.
“Now go and bring me some fresh fruit,” Dustin ordered, casually leaning back in a chair beside the swimming pool as he closed his eyes.
“I hope you’re not deaf, Miss Elsa,” Dustin added, giving her a warning.
The next day, Elsa still had to find a new hiding place. Fortunately, she found one better than before, even though it was far from where Katrina lived. That afternoon, Elsa had already bought a phone to check the latest news in the city during her absence. The first thing Elsa looked up was the Dawson family. She searched their family tree, but none of it explained that Deon had a twin brother. That meant Dustin's existence had truly never been publicized as a son of that family.Elsa bit her fingernail. She also searched for whether there was a condition affecting twins where if both were brought close together, one of them would fall ill. There was no medical explanation for a disease like the one Marley had described."A disease like that is just a myth. How could twins fall ill and die just because they were brought close together? Deon and Dustin are not children. Their bodies must be stronger than that," she muttered."It seems I also need to find out where that island is. If I
When she opened her eyes, Elsa was immediately startled to find herself in a hospital. One of her hands even had an IV line attached. On the island where Dustin lived, there was no hospital. Elsa stood at once, carrying her IV bottle toward the window. She opened the curtains, and Elsa's eyes widened in amazement because she was back in New York City."I, I'm back in the city?" she said in disbelief. She was so happy that she almost forgot she had just regained consciousness."Am I dreaming?" Elsa slapped her own face, but unfortunately it left a sting. Her joy grew. She nearly screamed from happiness at having escaped that island. If she could help it, she would never return to that island or meet Dustin again.Without fear, Elsa removed the IV needle from her own hand and pressed the puncture site for a moment. She also looked for spare clothes, which were usually prepared. Thankfully there were clothes there. Elsa quickly put them on and went out. Before leaving, she made sure of t
Elsa felt her legs trembling, but she was forced to walk home wearing only Dustin's oversized shirt. Occasionally, with an annoyed look, Elsa glanced at Dustin's broad shoulders as he walked ahead of her.Her legs were shaking because of what that man had done. It was infuriating how Dustin looked completely normal after pounding Elsa with the sharp rhythm of his thrusts.Elsa looked down and saw the fluid Dustin had spilled into her intimate area still leaking out, dripping down her leg. Closing her eyes, she let out a deep breath."You walk so slowly. Hurry up. We need to take these shrimp home so servant Marley can cook them," Dustin called from a distance.Elsa snorted, then kept walking even though she had to stagger. The faster she walked, the more fluid flowed out. Just how much had Dustin released that her body could not contain it all?In the end, Elsa chose to sit on a rock by the side of the path. She could not keep up with Dustin's pace. The man, who had walked quite far a
Dustin squeezed her, sucking and lightly biting Elsa's breasts. If she did not remember that she had to get out of this place, Elsa would have certainly pushed Dustin away. But thinking about it again, the sooner she became pregnant and had a child, the sooner she would leave the island.Who would want to live in a remote place, far from the city, staying only in a large house? There was no other house besides Dustin's on that island."Akh!" Elsa cried out. Dustin looked at the woman's face. His lips grinned as he continued sucking Elsa's breasts and guided her to lie down."You're starting to enjoy it, aren't you?" he said.Elsa did not answer. She had to hold back her shame at being beneath Dustin without a stitch of clothing. As the man sucked her breasts, one of Dustin's other hands was on her feminine area, coaxing Elsa's arousal.Slowly, the cold she had felt began to turn warmer. Her blood reacted to Dustin's touch. There was a strange tingling she could not explain every time
"What kind of berries are these? They're sweet. Are there many more over there?" Elsa stood. The berries Dustin had given her were not enough. She had to cross a small river to reach the wild berry tree. There, Elsa picked the berries and ate them right away. So this was what it felt like to eat fruit freely right beside the tree."You can't eat too many berries," Dustin called out from a distance.Elsa only turned her head. She ignored Dustin and kept eating. Occasionally she gathered more and brought them over to the man sitting nearby."Does this place have many other fruits? I've only seen a few kinds grown near the house. I've never explored this island.""You want to try exploring this island? At least you'd only need a week to satisfy your eyes with the beauty here."Elsa nodded enthusiastically. "I'll explore it later. But this place doesn't have wild animals, does it?""No lions or tigers, but there are many kinds of snakes," Dustin answered.Elsa immediately fell silent. She
Elsa sat beside Dustin, wearing only a towel wrapped around her body with nothing underneath. But she was still quite cold. Unfortunately, there was no other towel available since she had only brought one from the house.Who would have guessed that Dustin would take her shrimp catching? That thought had never crossed Elsa's mind before. Now her body trembled from the cold, while Dustin beside her watched her from the corner of his eye.The man let out a long sigh, and in that same moment, he pulled off the shirt he was wearing. Without looking at Elsa, he handed it to her."Wear this.""Seriously?""Don't ask so many questions," Dustin said.Elsa smiled. Without further questions, she put on the shirt. At least she would not be so cold now. This was much better than before.Suddenly, Dustin lay back, looking up at the tree branches above them that were beginning to sprout new leaves. His eyes closed briefly until Elsa asked her question."What is your biggest wish after leaving this i
