Author: Jason Chord
The light faded, revealing its true form.

It was a trinket—silver-white, its surface weathered with the marks of time, exuding an ancient air.

The trinket stood about eight inches tall, with nine levels in total. It lay silently in the pit, dull and unremarkable, looking no different from something one would find in a flea market.

But something that even Chase and the apex overbeast would fight over couldn't possibly be ordinary. It was undoubtedly a rare treasure of the world.

Gideon's mind spun quickly, thinking of his next move. It was just 300 feet ahead. He could dash over and grab it. But would he get caught?

Up in the night sky, Chase's phantom and the apex overbeast's phantom clashed again, sending waves of immense energy rippling out.

Even though Mount Immortal absorbed it, the towering trees swayed wildly.

Screw it!

Gideon made his move. Gritting his teeth, he shot forward like a cannonball and reached the pit in a blink, snatching up the trinket before darting into t

"Mom!" Gideon was stunned. The middle-aged couple who had just appeared were none other than the parents he had searched for so desperately.Annalise turned and shouted, "My son, what are you spacing out for? Evolve! Transform!"Gideon snapped back to reality. Though he had countless questions, this wasn't the time for hesitation. The golden core swallowed the five heavenly flames. Immediately after, Gideon began his transformation. It would take time, and Annalise and her husband, along with the giant fish, were buying that time for him. However, Chase was furious."How dare you ruin my plans? You're all dead!"Thunder boomed as Chase seemed to go berserk, his body growing larger."He's using Heaven-Earth Incarnation on himself." Attwell was stunned.Chase's Heaven-Earth Incarnation technique had been cultivated to the point where he could apply it directly to his own body, enlarging himself to monstrous proportions.Chase grew to a thousand feet tall, towering into the sk

"Peak Supreme!" Umbra stepped out, her face full of shock. It wasn't just that. Gideon's mental power had also reached its peak, too.At that moment, he was like a god—king of heaven and earth. Even if Chase showed up, Gideon was confident he could hold his ground and remain undefeated."Gideon!" A sharp shout shook the earth.Chase had arrived. High above the sky, 800 alpha beasts pulled the ancient bronze coffin. In truth, Chase could've used apex overbeasts to pull the ancient coffin, but a few apex overbeasts weren't as awe-inspiring as 800 peak alpha beasts.Chase and Attwell stood atop the ancient coffin, looking down.Gideon looked up and laughed. "Your Majesty, your visit brings glory to Heaven's Dominion."Chase didn't waste words. He said coldly, "I've let you off too many times. Now, hand over the Skyarch Tower and the Eartharch Book.""Finders keepers.""So, you want to go against me? Are you sure?" Chase's voice grew low and heavy.Gideon laughed out loud. "Goi

No matter how hard the Dragonhold Seal and Demonbreaker pounded, it was all in vain.On the other side, the Pope of Light went berserk. "Gideon, I'll kill you!""You're not even in my league right now." Gideon sneered. The Pope was seriously injured, his power greatly reduced, while Gideon was still at full strength. With just one punch, the Pope's face twisted. It was followed by Doombringer Knuckle, Solar Titan Fist, and Warlord Fist.Gideon unleashed punch after punch, relentless and vicious. He had to kill the Pope of Light. Only then could he rescue Orabella. At the same time, he was also targeting the Pope's Light's Fire. With the Light's Fire, his Solar Titan Physique could evolve again. Just thinking about it fired him up."Mindstorm."Suddenly, Gideon's eyes flashed with a piercing light. It was a mental attack. The Pope of Light never expected Gideon's mental power to be this strong. He got hit immediately, blood pouring from everywhere as he let out a wretched scream

The Skyarch Tower surged with powerful energy instilled by Gideon, radiating dazzling light as it came crashing down.It didn't strike Chase or Attwell. It slammed straight toward the Pope of Light. It was an utterly decisive move. The Pope of Light was so startled by the sudden move that he nearly jumped out of his skin, scared stiff."Gideon, you—""What? You're barking like a damn dog." Gideon was ferocious. The Skyarch Tower bore down. The Pope of Light roared and, in a panic, hurled out a sphere. The sphere exploded with a thunderous blast. However, it did manage to block the Skyarch Tower's momentum. The Pope of Light took the chance to retreat. He was heartbroken. The sphere was one of The Light Council's greatest treasures. Now, it was blown to pieces."Gideon, how dare you betray us?""Betray you? I never said I was siding with you to deal with His Majesty." Gideon sneered, hoisting the Skyarch Tower and charging at the Pope of Light again."Damn you! Don't you care

The Pope remarked, "Of course I'm aware, but this is Stolia, not Dasovia. Even if the King of Dasovia brings an S-class dragon vein, he won't cause much trouble here." At that moment, the communicator buzzed urgently. The Pope glanced at it, his expression brightening with delight as he chuckled. "Oklarth has informed us that the King of Dasovia has pinpointed the location of the Eartharch Book. Let's move out immediately." He called out, "Gideon, join us." They boarded an aircraft that sliced through the night sky and sped away.In the seawater, the nether aircraft detected the path Gideon had taken and navigated through the depths, ensuring an unbroken connection with him.Somewhere in the vast ocean in Stolia, something lay deep in the breath of the sea. The scene there was completely distinct. The ocean floor was not shrouded in darkness but was brilliantly colorful and dreamlike, almost to the point of seeming unreal. A gigantic, ancient bronze coffin descended. Chase

Gideon assigned the creation of Eye of Destiny for Heaven's Dominion to Kingsley and his team, then took off in the nether aircraft, departing from Heaven's Dominion. Using the coordinates given by the Pope of Light, he reached the vicinity of the island after roughly two days. He didn't land right away. There was a possibility that the Pope of Light and Yohan had laid a trap for him. The aircraft submerged into the ocean, allowing Gideon to discreetly land on the island. Under the cover of darkness, he explored the surroundings and found no sign of an ambush. In the island's center, the Pope of Light and Yohan were resting, apparently having hunted down an alpha beast. They were seated around a makeshift barbecue, eagerly cooking their catch."Where on earth is Gideon? Why isn't he here yet?" Yohan grumbled, the mention of Gideon bringing back memories of his past embarrassment. "He should arrive soon. He's clever and knows how to make the right choice," the Pope of Light rep
