The werewolf kingdom comprises of 4 provinces, Blood;moon; silver and Royal. And each province has a number of packs under it.
Mateo's Bloodmoon pack lying just between the territories of blood and moon province.
Since time immemorial Bloodmoon pack has been the most strategically important location and also the blood ground of battlefield as some call it.Owing to the river that flows through it.
Resorces are the biggest wealth of a pack and Siren river flowing through it, makes Mateo's pack control a lot of trade between the provinces. Not only that a large sum of duty also comes from here.
Making Redmoon pack to be one of the richest packs in world.
And this was one of the reasons why Mateo's position as the next werewolf King was confirmed, not to forget his own leadership abilities and unmatchable strength.
