The Hidden Billionaire

The hustle and bustle was seen in front of the building of AL Group, one of the largest garment companies in Southeast Asia. A number of employees were waiting for the arrival of the Son of AL Group owner, who was officially designated as president director of the company a few weeks ago, namely David Araya, after winning a foreign tender.

Diana looked at her friend directly.

"Are you sure? But he used the last name of Araya. How could he not be Mr. Budi's biological son?” Diana asked, frowning in confusion. 

"Well, I don't know about that. Anyway, what I know is that Rosa Melinda is not Mr. Budi's first wife. She is only a second wife and David is the child of Mrs. Rosa and her former husband," Levi replied. 

"So if Mrs. Rosa is not the first wife of Mr. Budi, is that true that Mr. Budi has been married before? So where is his ex-wife? How's the child? I mean do they have children?" Diana asked more curiously.

"Shhh ... Don't you realize that your voices have been quite loud? Look! Many have glanced at you because you are gossiping inappropriately," Aditya said, an employee from the production department.

"Huh, shut up! Does it have anything to do with whether you want us to gossip or not? Don't interfere in our business. You geeky, damn it!" Diana cursed at the man with thick glasses.

Aditya just kept quiet. The man with the hair that was combed back did not pay attention to Diana's curses.

"That's enough! Don't listen to that geek! It's a waste of energy!" Levi added.

Aditya heard what the girl said but once again the man just kept quiet.

"Let's continue, how about that? Damn it, because of that geeky idiot, our fun conversation about Mr. David's family was disturbed," Diana complained.

"Oh yes, I remember. Earlier, you were curious about the first wife of Mr. Budi and his son, right?” 

"Well, what I heard, his wife has remarried and lived in England. And Mr. Budi has a child from his first wife. Boy too. Reportedly, since they divorced and both remarried, they never communicated again. So, no one knows how is Mr. Budi's biological son," Levi explained.

Diana nodded her head but she became more and more curious about the story.

"Eh but, babe. That means that Mr. Budi's biological son has rights in this company, right? Is not it? By being a biological child, it means that he is automatically one of the heirs of this company," Diana said, who looked serious.

"Yes, you are right. But he disappeared. Uh, not lost. But no one knows how he is like. At Mr. Budi's funeral at that time, his son didn't show up," Levi said.

"Well, I know about this. When I went to Mr. Budi's funeral, I only saw Mrs. Rosa and David. The rest of the family was nowhere to be seen."

"Am I the one who doesn't know or what? Did you see the rest of Mr. Budi's family at that time?" Diana asked.

"No. The funeral was attended only by the close family as far as I know. It's weird, but we can only speculate, right?" Levi said.

Aditya smiled wryly at the conversation he heard clearly because he was standing not far from the two employees who were gossiping. Oh he understood now, the rumors circulating were the family of Budi Araya's ex-wife considered not present there. Damn, he was not absent. But he was not allowed to attend his father's funeral.
