Author's POV

"Mommy, where is daddy?" Evan asked for the tenth of times.

"I do not know baby," Amelia said.

It was night time already. Amelia has seen him going somewhere in hurry. Also, she has noticed he was looking hurt and angry.

"But daddy said he will come home after attending the call" Evan pouted sadly.

"Maybe, he went for work baby. Do not worry. Daddy, will come back to you very soon" Amelia tried to calm him down but Evan's eyes went watery.

"Did, daddy leave us again?" Evan asked while a fat tear rolled down on his cheek.

Amelia quickly wiped his tears.

"No baby. Why daddy will leave you. Daddy can not leave you two. Daddy loves you both a lot. He can never leave you" Amelia said

Evan hugged his mother. Amelia wrapped her arms around him gently and looked at Ethan who was looking outside through the window. It's like he was waiting for his daddy.

"Daddy, promises us. He told us he will come the day after tomorrow to our school to see our competition. Daddy will come" Ethan
