Up for some drinks
Michael’s flight landed in the US in the early hours of the morning. Jonathan’s phone beeped with a notification that his flight has landed in the US. His brows furrowed. He looked up at Sarah who was busy preparing ingredients for the breakfast.
“I thought Michael had gone for a solo vacation,” he said making Sarah turn back to him.
“Yes, he has. What about it?” She asked.
“My flight has landed back in the US. Did he go for a three day vacation to Italy?”
Sarah’s face went pale for a second. What happened to Michael? Did he come back home already? Sarah had no idea as to what was happening with Michael. He had not called her not even once.
She immediately grabbed her phone and made a quick phone call to him. But it went straight to voicemail.
“What is happening?” Jonathan questioned getting a little impatient with the sudden change in his wife’s behaviour.
She shook her head saying she has no idea why he is back home this quickly.
