CHAPTER 11

We’re walking towards the bridge silently because no one dares to speak between us. There aren't too many households around this area so that adds even more to the silence that we both already had. If any houses can be seen here, they are not on the side of the road so it is a bit far. It's normal for me that I don't have many people to see here in my area but when I cross the bridge, there’s a lot of people there and a bit crowded because that is the rich version of this town.

The two of us remained silent for about five more minutes until we reached the bridge where Wayne started to break the silence that I don’t even expect. "You know what, I hate this place." He suddenly spoke in a low tone of his voice.

Like what I’ve said, I didn't expect him to break the silence between us but I just didn't make it a big deal and then I throw a startled look at him.
