8. LAKE'S JOURNAL

Lake was waiting for someone to sit on a rock where Larissa used to sit. This time, however, the woman was not there. Lake was alone, with a leather-bound book, and a pen in his hand. He hasn't written anything down in a long time, and today he will go back to his routine.

Lake opened the cover of the book, looking through the sheets that were still blank. He dipped the pen in the ink next to him and wrote his name on the front page of the book, Lake Atkinston.

 A sweet smile was on his face when he thought of the woman who had managed to sleep through the night. Then his hands began to move down one word at a time, which was so beautiful.
