15. Threat

Aleda entered the house with Beatrix. The woman tried to calm her emotionally troubled mother with Alan, who knew for a fact that Beatrix on Lake never failed her.

 However, they would stop there as they tried to enter Beatrix's room. There stood the figure of Alferd Atkinston staring at each one of them.

 "Where have you been?"

 "I want to rest," said Beatrix as she goes.

 But her wrist was held by Alferd, "I'm asking you."

 "And I'm not in the mood to argue," retorted Beatrix as she threw Alferd's arm down.

Now, that guy looks angry. He's upset by his wife now
